the government should not be able to control bitcoin. Because if you paid tax for the developments you mentioned using paper currency, I think that's true, but if you pay taxes to the government using digital currency, cryptocurrencies like bitcoin are wrong

People frown how government is corrupt , it is but not entirely if it was then you woont see new projects coming up in your town or city.
I agree, it is a big help for us we just havent notice it because of the thoughts that those corrupt men are stealing our money. Those public schools, free tuition fees, hospitals, etc. those things came from taxes that we have paid. The salaries that the government employees receive are from our taxes too. If people doesnt pay taxes, where will the government get a money to pay them, build buildings and others. Another thing is people will get punished if they wont pay for the taxes. We dont have any choice, that's how life works. Lets just look at the brighter side. We pay taxes, we help our country and we will not get punished. Simple. |

While some taxes make sense, considering Government needs to cover its cost as well, there are few taxes which I personally find destructive for the economy. I'm talking about consumption taxes and VAT..

I agree to what you say. I would also add that the government needs taxes because it has to fund its budget and without the masses paying taxes, government is nothing but a naught. Also the taxes we give tend to reduce the gap between the rich and poor and this gap if finished, finishes many crimes from the society. The income collected as a result of taxes is redistributed by the government among people in the form of facilities. I don’t understand what are you talking about? Do you mean that taxes are the friendliest jurisdiction for crypto legalization or what? I don’t think that jurisdiction has anything to do with taxes. Anyway a country can stand only on the pillars of taxes. If people do not pay taxes, their economy will down more and more and they will live under the poverty line. In my opinion, only taxes can drive a country forward be it income taxes or sales taxes. The money goes to the government because the resources of that country are being used in the process of production and this is why the government charges them. Also the concept of taxation can be instrumental in finishing the gap between the rich and poor of a country and is a key towards redistribution of income. There are some countries that have gone beyond the level of needing taxes as a fund for the government budget and do not tax people like Dubai. |

Yeah you are right, if we want our government to be successful in their program or projects we need to support it by doing our duty which is to pay taxes and hope in return will not be corrupted by the government officials. |

If you are walking on the road and enjoying a nice day at the nearby park it's all because someone paid their taxes.
Taxes helps a lot , I have seen people frowning over about how they don't want to pay any taxes and as such.
Government ensures that if you earn over a certain amount then for sure you can contribute in the making of your country. It's only if you are able to.
Taxes helps in :
Paying the salary of government employees
Making of roads
Public schools
Parks run by the government
Maintenance fees
Making government hospitals
Making high schools ... The list is endless
We all use all these services at one part of the life or other therefore we can just consider it a little payment for that .

It's just our responsibility to pay taxes, we shouldn't run from it because it will more or so be used for everyone out there in your country , you are indirectly helping others too through paying them , the less advantageous ones.
Also one might say government can print all the money they need , but that's not the case ..the more money a government prints the lower the value of their currency gets which genrally have adverse effects in many sectors.
Dude, let me ask you, do. You work for the government? Are you one of the tax enforcement agencies? Lol, cause you sound like one of them. Even without paying your tax, the government can still afford to do all that if they are doing the right thing. You don’t have to pay your tax for the government to be able to do all that you have mentioned. They can pay workers without your tax, they can maintain parks without your tax and do a lot more than that, if they are going to do the right. The problem we have is that most of these politicians are criminals and all they are good at is embezzling money. |

actually, the facilities that we enjoy every day it is built with fees derived from taxes, true you mentioned above, roads, bridges, sidewalks, and public facilities and services are paid by taxes we pay to the government

I also agree that we need to pay our taxes but sometimes you think that you completely paying what you use for them like internet and other bills. That's why it is not bad not to pay anything you get here because we pay also the transaction fees that we used to transfer or we withdraw in our wallet.

The reason we pay taxes is to follow the rules and regulation impose by the government to avoid any problem regarding non-compliance with tax law. If government make cryptocurrency legal and the put regulation on it including the tax then we are obliged to pay the tax.

Taxation is needed for a fair society to some degree, perhaps in a perfect society it would not be required as everyone would ensure the best for everyone around them in the form of funding public services and spaces etc.. The problem arrises with how much, and which jobs should pay etc.. especialy in new areas like crypto this can seem confusing or possibly unfair.

do not mind paying taxes if the government uses them in a good way, taxes can be used in different ways to make our lives better, such as free health insurance, new school buildings, or even new transportation projects, we all know the government is also abusing positions and stealing our taxes but whether we like it or not we have to pay our taxes for the good of our nation and its people.

I am happy to pay the taxes and more I have to pay more I am happy because it means I earn more. It also means I participate in the system for the country and it's a kind of morality. It is a bit like people who are not going to vote but are the first to complain about the politics of their country. I am just unhappy for example to pay the social taxes for the retirement and when it will be my turn pensions will no longer exist in my country |
