It is very great idea but we can't stop scammer project unfortunately. There are no laws protecting iso, and if there is no law, it means that you cannot judge, so you need to be very careful when you invest in a project. And even if the project seems to be very successful no one is insured from the fact that it can be scam.

That is really good decision but we can not do that mate. People can do easily with their websites and telegram groups and creating erc 20 tokens.. The most important thing is people need to be more experienced about that issue. Investors need to learn more and more day by day. You can not stop scam issues. But you can stop their money flow. If investors start to realise about scam icos that is the end of the scam issues. but firstly we need to have knowledge about that issue.

Unfortunately, this is very difficult to fight. I think that each of us should just become more attentive and avoid the scam ICO and then they will die themselves. IMHO

I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?

I think I saw some of the projects that are also ICOs that claiming that they can protect the people from scam and in the end they will also turn out to be a scam lol a cycle really. It's really hopeless to see things like this if you really want to make crypto successful. How can we obtain that adoption.

I think it's very helpful to protect the ICO scam with the aim of avoiding newcomers who still lack the experience and history of crypto. I think it's possible to stop the ICO scam by fixing the procedure the developer makes a more promising project so that the creation of serious projects without fraud, because we as investors cannot do much.

we cant but we should not help them it was sad because scamming is a daily routine of some people.
Correct, the only thing to stop scammers is to announce to the public and create an organizations to say stop scamming so that most of bitcoiners will know and identify who really they are that who wants to ruined the name of the IcO's.

I agree with you, scam projects makes us to be such idiots people, many times people outside of crypto market tell me what the stupid market this without regulations!!!, I think this should be regulated from the inside of cryptographic market itself, I like the idea of DAICO and many projects is under initializing.

I think the best way to stop scam ICO is for people to learn how to make their own research on posting their findings about an ICO, I can tell you that many people have promoted scam ICO through bounty campaigns just for the sake of getting reward, they didn't make any single research about the project before promoting it. I think to stop ICO scam, it begins with all of us learning how to make research about an ICO, do research before you start prompting an ICO, it should not be left for bounty managers to do the research alone, two is better than one and many is better than two

Probably we need a platform for regulating the process of PPI, this is just one of the options, but it may be the most effective. And at the current stage it is necessary to self-educate and learn to distinguish scam projects from normal ones, so at least we will protect ourselves.

It seems to me that first of all you need to have certain opportunities to verify the entire team of each project. Thus, it is possible to assume not only the prospects, but also the authenticity of the ico company. in any case, all technical documentation and can be very effectively forged.

Well i don't think we can stop anyone creating new ideas, what we can only do is encourage people to read before investing, ignorant is bad. They are basic Knowledge people need to be aware such knowledge includes;
1. Be ready to make lose before thinking of the next Lambo.
2. The Team (make sure the team have every social media link on the website) and they have good reputation.
3. What is the project solving? Is blockchain technology needed?.
4. The market strategy.

After doing all this then, we can reduce the rate of scam.
Just  know if it doesn't feel right. ASK QUESTION.

You are quite correct, the notion new potential investors about cryptocurrency would definitely be negatively affected with the large numbers of scam ICOs flocking themselves around. High rules and regulations must be installed to control the activities of ICOs.

You cant stop people lunching ico. Unless if you have a big evidence that this ico is a scam. But i think we can minimize scam ico by reading whitepaper ans platform and make an investegate on the team if its real or not. Some ico use fake team.

Yes,I think that's a good idea coming from you to  have rules and regulations in terms of launching projects in ICO and also the reason why they direct in scams due to the hype in market .I hope there will be a solution for this issues .

There have been so many scam ICOs running on this platform and I think it never easy to detect. One thing I know for sure that can be done is to always make sure that we do thorough investigation on the project and on the team before promoting it.

Well, that's on every body's wish list. We'd all want an eera where tere wouldn't be scam ICOs or many of them but it seems as. ddays go by, the scammers get smarter. As at now and in my opinion, I think our only best chance is dependent on regulations. Should they seet rukes and regulations for ICO, scans would reduce and scammers can't run away.. They'll be apprehension.

Well, I agree with you. However, the issue come up to aware other new users and Bitcoiners to the ICO scam. Actually, it is really hard to stop this. because we can not know what ICO is scam and not. If you join the campaign then you will know if its scam or not because of their procedures and how they will pay you. Before you know if the project is a scam you will learned based on your experienced before.
