This is for those who use wallets with cheap transaction fee, such as ethereum based wallets.
There are some who cannot yet afford to purchase a hardware wallet. On that note, i have a suggestion on how your wallet can be safe from hackers. I have always noticed wallets that get easily hacked are those that are subject to public view.
Try as much as possible to have a separate cold wallet address that you do not copy and paste the private key, and neither do you share the address with anyone. You can use it to store most of your valuable coins.
Even if you want to transfer any coin or token to an address belonging to another person, first transfer it to your public wallet before sending it out.
The biggest danger for our wallet is ourselves. Hacking a wallet is almost impossible, if we are careful - we store keys offline, do not click extraneous links, do not go into the wallet from the search
It looks possible and there was so many ways to do that and look at the fact how many people are being hacked caused by they are getting infacted by malware and something else and then i should remind you about all of the possibilities and it's possible to be happened.

People who cant afford a hardware wallet, the best thing they can do is to store there private keys on a piece of paper. Just take a print out on a paper of your paper wallet and dont store it anywhere online.

Not even on  a notepad file on your computer.

Now, other suggestions I can give is that if you are technically sound, move from windows to linux or mac, it reduces your chances of getting infected with a malware by a big margin.

Eventually, when you can go and buy a hardware wallet, its worth every penny.
This matter always happening here. I mean its normal. But to suggest you to avoid your wallet from hacking. You should kindly browse carefully and do not click any ads or site that is being given to you. It is sometimes phishing site. And it is dangerous because what if you logged in your wallet. If that happens. You should change the password of your wallet rapidly.

The best way to protect your wallet from any hacking attack is that you always use hardware wallet which cannot be accessed by anyone other than its holder. Hardware wallet has no private key and nothing can be transferred from that wallet without pushing a confirmation button whose control is with its owner.

- Do not use public WIFI because hackers can access the computer that is connected with the  network.
- Be careful when downloading data to your computer or gadgets.

If you feel thread from Wallets from hackers than and you have the big quantity to store than I suggest the only one and best option is to move the offline wallets and these wallets are very secure and offline due to this hackers fail to attack.

The most ideal way that you can shield your wallet from programmers is to ensure that you store your coins in a wallet which enables you to hold the private keys yourself, at that point you can store this private key and all other delicate data in a place where programmers can't get to them online on the grounds that without your private key, they can't get your coins

Unquestionably the main clear approach to anchor your wallet from being hacked is by utilizing equipment wallet to spare your coins, it offers incredible security than programming wallet there are not many that are tried and confided in, for example, trezor , keepkey and Ledger Nano S. With equipment wallets your coins are sheltered regardless of whether your PC is hacked or somebody stole your Hardware wallet. In the event that you lose your equipment wallet, you can simply reestablish every one of your coins on another wallet.

to protect your wallet from hackers, then I think you should provide special protection. If I were to wallet I usually save on special folders, and afterwards I lock the folder.

Recently there was a scam in my ether wallet where a hacked managed to phish every user's data.
He made millions of dollars that day add innocent people lost huge sum of money. So the way in which that can be avoided is to ensure that there are no warnings displayed on the website.

the first is, always be careful if you want to copy paste your private key
then, it is recommended to avoid applications that have the potential to infiltrate malware or spyware
and finally, always avoid your private key against internet connection

Even if you want to transfer any coin or token to an address belonging to another person, first transfer it to your public wallet before sending it out.

Here are the steps I used to secure my web wallet or app wallet.

The most wallet I used is Meta mask, you don't need to enter your private key every time you need to do a transaction. I also use incognito when doing a transaction so that cache is not stored in the browser. Write down the private and public key in a piece of paper, don't you ever save it in a note pad in your P.C or email, once the hacker or a phishing website have an access with your email, you are already finished. For me, Metamask is the safest way to transact if you don't have a ledger or trezor.

I honestly think that offline transaction is far better than hardware wallet only if you know what you are doing and also giving an additional security features installed to your isolated computer, it's like giving absolute no access for hacker to even connect to your IP because no internet means no chance for hackers.
with hardware wallet it's still have some flaws and bugs here and there no one knows whether the hardware wallet could hold for a long time without being hacked but the chance is kinda slim thought.

I recommend using cold storage. Download wallets, for example, on a separate laptop that is not connected to the network, be sure to use paper purses. And do not tell anyone your private key.
There are also hardware wallets, similar to the Ledger Nano C or Ledger Bleu flash drive, in which all transactions are signed with a private key inside the cryptochip.
