Went up to the address of the SCC.
http://website.informer.com/MARCELO+SANTOS+SCRYPT.CC.html

These are the photos of the address of the SCC.
Nobody knows Marcelo Santos.
We asked the neighbors. Nobody ever sought an person with that name.
There is the number 416. 418 and 400. Only 418 is a beauty salon and 400 is a church. No establishment between.

Hey bro, I also live in Brazil and I think you had a very bright initiative deciding to go to the alleged address and check things out for yourself (instead of just debating rumors here). On the other hand, notice that this is supposed to be a BIG Altcoin mining operation, owning many miners that cost a bunch of money, so it is only rational that they wouldn't publish their real address (because of thefts) - other big american cloud mining services DO show pics of their mining pools, but conceal their addresses.

I agree that this may very likely be a scam, and I really appreciate you took the investigation matters into your own hands, but their address being fake is the smallest concern I could have right now.

I agree 100% with you.
I was there today only to finalize the post on: "Someone had to go in Brazil"
I do not believe the equipment are in Brazil.

Hello dazza12,
GHSMiner is another shitty cloudmining company.
The owner of the site thinks, he can get a lot of money with a brand new cloudmining company but no.
Easily NO! I wouldn't buy miners from those site with low information about the company lel.

Cheers

read the first post, I answer to : "anyone who mine in this site, youll never get any ROI if you just Mining,"  - so this IS BULLSHIT, just like you repeat same things again.

So, let me get this right, myself and other people have presented clear and concise explanations of how you can check the actual facts yourself which prove scrypt.cc cannot be operating how they claim to be and you are under the impression that simply typing "IS BULLSHIT" in upper-case letters qualifies as a reasoned rebuttal?

LOL.

Seriously. LOL.

I really dont know now.. somebody with not much experience with the site wrote, that you will never ROI here because there is some problem every month. He feel very smart, just like you, after you finish every post here.  But this is bullshit, because me and lot of other people ROi-ed few times, and site was very stable from februaby to may. Hope its clear now, why you and your retarded friend have to write your shits about proofs, obvious scam bla bla all the time? I dont write about the "scam" thing now. Put a rocket to your ass and press start please, you can take Thepwner with you.

Yes, funny. However I'm not losing out on "mining" right now, because I own miners and didn't leave all my BTC in this site, making fun of and insulting those who question it. Have fun sitting around for a week waiting and hoping Marcelo sorts this out. Me and my assrocket will watch from afar.

Not a concern for you? Before I pulled all my coin out of Scrypt.cc, I witnessed Admin in the trollbox pointing to the public info in his WhoIs profile and saying that anyone in Brazil was welcome to visit the main offices at that address. If I still had any holdings here, I'd be concerned that it all seems to be oh so very fake.

Can anyone else confirm or deny those pics are ACTUALLY of the location published in Scrypt.CC's WHOIS?

I was just stating that the address is not what makes this a hell of a big scam, since the only thing it would be normal for the Admin to conceal is the address itself. SCC's WHOIS also states that the phone is 9999-9999 - it may exist but sounds pretty made up! If he stated that is his address and anyone was welcome to check the whole thing out, sure it should be there, BUT the address is my smallest concern, his smallest lie among the light bill lie, the "hacking" of the website, the whole mining operation itself.

And I'm brazilian, live in Curitiba's State, know the city, it is from that address. You can check Google Street View and then compare with the pictures joaozarate posted.

Hashnest shill ?

Despite his insanity CryptoDevil has a valid point. Mining isn't a cheap business to get into and the margins aren't that great for most people. If you have a pile of unsold ASICs laying around, running a cloud service is a viable option. Buying ASICs from someone else, running them in a DC, paying the opex for that, selling cloud shares, and paying a 5% earnings bonus on top of all of it... seems like a financial black hole if mining is the revenue source.

Hashnest shill ?

That's a bit of a reach considering I'm stating that fact as a way to further explain how no cloud mining operation could possibly be financially viable in the way that scrypt.cc claims to be.

Besides, there's other ASIC-manufacturer cloud mining services so why assume I'm shilling for Hashnest? More importantly, how the fuck would I profit from sending people to a cloud mining service without a referral 'bonus' link?

Despite his insanity CryptoDevil has a valid point.

Despite my what? Citation please.

I kind of doubt Hashnest needs shilling lol Smiley
It's those pesky *secret* (not providing any proof of anything) cloudmining companies operated by ponzi scammers that needs shilling because otherwise they won't find any newbies to *invest* in them...
