I requested withdrawal of remaining balance on 28 May. Confirmed via email straight away.
I have not received the bitcoin yet.
I am now blocked from trade chat (assume because the balance is zero) so cannot chat to admin when he is there.
I tried to deposit a small amount which didn't work.
I created 3 support tickets already. First was closed same day without action. Second I closed myself and resubmitted it a couple of days ago.
I sent an email to contact@scrypt.cc, an email from their domain record - no reaction for 3 days.
Would anyone have suggestions or may offer some help to get my bitcoin please?
This is just a totally stupid situation, I understand it may work for many other people....

May I ask how much you withdrew?

Buy or sell $100 of Crypto and get $10!

Just to adress servers back to normality, i made one withdraw test and as soon i confirmed my email the deposit hitted the blockchain... It was a small one just for a test but i think this will be able to happen on any withdraw that the hot wallet is able to match.. A larger one may require cold wallet funds transfer.
But different from what i experienced yesterday (20 minutes to hit blockchain) today was instant.

Give a try on IRC, sometime support members go there chill out with more mature users... trollbox is as toxic as this topic (but i still have hopes for this one) be polite, ask gently and even other users i've seen passing by something similar than you relate can give you a clue on what to do next. But don't just get there and spam ponzi or that stuff.. this way no one can help you. And about your problem, was probably due to momentaneus instability on the time you did the orders... as i related the servers are stable in the moment i told as they were instantly prossing payments.

20minutes to hit the blockchain is not terribly bad the main thing is it came? I will take a look been wanting to mine for awhile just not trusted enough but I see no complaints about no withdrawals so I will give it a shot.

You're either an idiot or a shill.

The fact a ponzi scheme pays out is central to ensuring its longevity.

Scrypt.cc makes claims towards being a valid mining operation with 850GH of hashing power in multiple data centers, a multi-million-dollar operation, yet have refused to even show freshly mined coins being produced by them.

That and everything else which stinks about this fraudulent scheme.

WARNING!!! Check your forum URLs carefully and avoid links to phishing sites like 'thebitcointalk' 'bitcointalk.to' and 'BitcointaLLk'

All who question scrypt.cc have a right to do it here.
However it seems like everybody that does so gets attacked by (scrypt.cc) beliebers .
They always claim things like ,,, it is your own fault ,,or you have been hacked....
All BS because how come they hack your scrypt.cc account but don,t hack blockchain wallet zeushash hashnest ore-mine bitcoincloudservices etc....
Is it not obvious that something is going on with this website Huh?
Now gather all the facts and come with something good this time.....BTC

Just to do a quick reality check on the claimed 850GH of scrypt mining, take a look at today's coinwarz, which shows only 8 scrypt currencies that are more profitable to mine than LTC.

http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency?sort=profitusd&dir=desc

Even if scrypt.cc was providing the hashpower for the entirety of each of those 8 other coins, it would only add up to about 13GH

Now take a look at the LTC hashrate

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/hashrate-ltc.html

scrypt.cc is basically claiming to be mining somewhere around 75% of the entire Litecoin network, something which doesn't exactly tally with: https://www.litecoinpool.org/pools

hi bro if i send support ticket it get delete and no respond

lots of people lost all at scrypt.cc
no support and no reply ..........
it is the way the ponzi works...
cryptodevil said it perfectly:
part mining part ponzi....they steal deposits and withdrawels and clean out accounts ...with no support all tickets get deleted plus you get blocked from the chat....
that is how they hope you give up the battle....

Interesting....
Question: Is it possible that scypt.cc is using pools? So that you can not see the details of the minings?

For example based on your link I checked this one: https://ghash.io/ with whois details. They are at same hoster (may mean nothing, I don't know this hoster, maybe has millons of websites hosted...).

Any infos about this? I'm new to the topic...

Ok, I'll assume you genuinely are new to this and in need of some clarification.

See this:
Quote
◼   F2Pool   ~ 413 GH/s
◼   LTC1BTC   ~ 334 GH/s
◼   LitecoinPool.org   ~ 101 GH/s
◼   GHash.io   ~ 59 GH/s
◼   Multipool   ~ 26 GH/s
◼   CleverMining   ~ 26 GH/s
◼   Coinotron   ~ 24 GH/s
◼   Give Me Coins   ~ 20 GH/s
◼   WeMineLTC   ~ 18 GH/s
◼   8 baochi   ~ 13 GH/s
◼   LiteGuardian   ~ 9 GH/s
◼   ProHashing   ~ 9 GH/s
◼   P2Pool   ~ 7 GH/s
◼   Mintsy   ~ 2 GH/s
◼   SimpleMulti   ~ 2 GH/s
◼   Unknown   ~ 35 GH/s
Total   ~ 1,099 GH/s

This details a breakdown of the mining pools which form the 1,099GH/s of scrypt hashing currently being performed on the Litecoin network.

These are pools which consist of a mix of home miners and commercial miners. During the second-half of last year scrypt-ASIC miners began to be released by various manufacturers and sold to customers all over the world. That it has been claimed scrypt.cc are using scrypt-ASIC miners that are from some super-secret 'private' scrypt-ASIC manufacturer is to ignore the fact that all the non-super-secret scrypt-ASIC mining units that have been built and sold by known manufacturers would have to be accounted for in the ongoing network hashrate of scrypt coins.

For scrypt.cc to be mining with 850GH of scrypt miners, in that there is literally only about 13GH/s of hashrate for the coins listed as being more profitable to mine than LTC at this time, it would mean that out of the above, they'd constitute 75% of the entire Litecoin network. There would be no point in them running it from a pool when 75% of the hashrate belonged to them because they'd be getting about 75% of all the mined blocks each day anyway. It would cost them money to be just a *really* powerful pool user because pools charge a percentage fee on earnings which could be avoided entirely simply by them running their own private pool if they really had 75% of the LTC hashrate.

Which they don't.

Oh, one more thing, just because their website might be hosted by the same provider, it would have no bearing on where their miners are pointed. Miners don't mine to the web, they mine to a coin network.

I though all the hashpower of LTC network belonged to GAW Zen and other hashlets Grin It looks like the same story here.. Numbers don't lie - they can not and do not have mining power and they do not mine alts. If they mine after all - they mine only a little fraction and do a so called fractional reserve mining scam where they have only like 50 GHS buy sell 500 anyway Roll Eyes

Where did you get 75%? Last info I got was "23% of the mined coins" as info. And why you focus so strong on LTC? I got alraedy a few times that it's also DOGE and a 3rd one. As I wrote about, only 7 or 8 coins are big enough for this, and in two of them I found hash rate down ramps exactly fitting to the "energy shutdown" in May and also to the 850GH capacity. Combining this with an other coin which had not so a clear ramp, the numbers are perfect fitting.

On the other side your's and other's arguments are also not nonsense. And I know people personally (known them before scrypt.cc...) who have good and high withdrawn.
So for me there is still not a clear answer with facts.

I had many businesses myself of very different kinds in the past.
And if Marcelo realy has this good hardware and I would be in his place, I would also hide like hell.
I developed myself "forbidden" tech in the past, and had to hide years from "nice industry people...", after they did all to crash my business. So you can expect I'm not naive, but I have more than one perspective on things.

p.s.
I found info, that he is buying hardware in China. www.f2pool.com and ltc1btc.com are chinese pools, the two biggest LTC miners. Has anyone infos about them, or can read chineese (goole translator gave BS...)?  Any info about the inner pool structures available?
