Transcendence progress for last two weeks

Just in the last few weeks, positive things have happened in the development of most Transcendence projects. The most significant confirmation that the performances of TELOS 2.0 belong to the very top of the masternode coins is the fact that it is at the top of the list (Best performing masternode coin).

It’s time to move on on the hardware side. AEROS is a hybrid distribution or Linux and AROS. Android is nothing more than a commercial Linux fork enhanced with closed source libraries and drivers. Google and Apple prohibit mining and hosting of Masternode. I think the time has come to replace googles OS (without sacrificing compatibility or the capability to run Android software). Price target is 599€ including vat for the development edition. This is not going to be the final product. The development version will be limited to 1000 units and 2 per user.

I have two questions about the https://governance.rocks/details?id=30 vote.  1) Can you add an option to the choices which says no change at this time? Otherwise, there will serious questions about whether this vote is really valid since, in theory, one vote could make a decision for the entire community.  2) You recently stated that this change of adding a treasury could be part of Telos 3.0. Is that still the case with this current vote? 

I can see the value of having a treasury but not right now, since we already have made significant changes for Telos 2.0 and MNO funds have been raised. Thanks.

That treasure voting was not put up by dev, so I guess answer depends upon how many votes this voting gets. That by default Dev things telos3.0 for treasury, but if lots of votes are coming in, then maybe Dev decides it is what people want and hence makes update to wallet to include treasury.
