We see this all the time in crypto markets and just call it volatility.  Panic selling and buying just happens around key resistance and support levels.

If a lot of investors panic sell then the whole market will drop. I think this is a standard occurrence that can be somewhat illustrated with Elliott Wave Analyses, but i’m no expert on that. But I think that’s why the same charting methods can be used for both the stock market and the cryptocurrency markets.

If it’s just a few people that panic sell and it’s not enough to affect the overall market, then those panic sellers will be the ones that lose out because the price isn’t necessarily dropping in this situation.
