Not all ico do bounties and i think it does apply for this one also but maybe they will announce it later since the project is new is possible they need to get the team together first to come up with a marketing strategy

Every project needs a big community to support their goal but this project don't have that kind of community. Are they sure that they already have the seed fund to a be used in marketing and other activities that will attract more investors.

Definitely, the team had a better strategy and maybe already had a  better plan to boost their promotion. We know it's not so easy to launch a new project but I think this team is really capable based on their experienced.

Yeah, you are right that the team have an experienced can easily find better solutions on how to handle some tough situations. But even if this team are just new or have no experienced in crypto projects, if they are truly serious and have couraged that they can do it, I think they can still be able to handle it.
