Yes the market can be manipulated at any time and i think that the best way that these people carry out these manipulations is by using the exchanges. Some people might want to argue but the medium that they use for manipulation is the exchanges, the sell walls and the buy walls are what help them to push the prices in the direction that they want.

Yes, I'm completely sure of this already, crypto can be manipulated by the market, especially here in the crypto currency. Yes, it can. Manipulators often manipulate the market price by dumping or pumping the coin / token price in the market with their massive amount of money.
There are even some pump and dump groups, some signal groups in telegram trying to manipulate the market with their buy or sell signals.
