Any market is subject to influence from the outside. Cryptocurrency market is no exception. Besides, we all know that the majority of BTC hold a few people. So having these volumes in their wallets they can manipulate prices on the market.

This is crypto and it is solely influence by the attitude of actors on the market. An actor with large influence (known as whales) have strong impact on the determination of the price of a coin at a particular time. This is why every investor must know much about a particular coin before choosing to invest in it.

There are reports that the market was manipulated last year to spike the price of bitcoin.i think it is possible at this stage
Yeah, if they have big capital of course they can manipulate the market. If you have large volumes of coins, then you can sell them at a very low price, at the same time, they can collapse the market, or buy at a very high price, thereby forcing the market to grow. But it's okat, we only need to pay more attention to take opportunity so we can earn more in this platform mate. Right?

Ofcourse it can. The trading volume is so low compared to bigger markets that it makes it a lot easier to manipulate.

I think with current technological advances, all possibilities can occur, one of which is price manipulation in an exchange or marketcap, which is a pity that their behavior makes the price of coins fall, and makes investor confidence in Cryptocurrency reduced.

Yes, I highly believe that the market can  be easily  manipulated especially when the its holder have a high share. I also think that this is leaded by a large group of people who have enough share to manipulate price.

It is obvious that the whales are manipulating the price of bitcoin, because they want to buy it for cheaper price.

There is no doubt about this, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies generally do not support TA and therefore do not follow normal market conditions unlike what is seen in forex, a market moving normal can just crash within 1 hour

They played so well, most of the time when the price going higher people begin to fomo and buy without tracing the movements, thinking that they might be left behind making the whales gaining a lots of money when they are fully satisfied they will start to create fuds and negative news will show around bringing panic sellers to sell out and ride with them to make the price more cheaper, manipulations happen with someone a large group who still holds big numbers of cheap coins way back and still playing for those newbies to be victimized.

We'll see in the future, bro. Maybe they can manipulate the current Coins price which is still low, We pray that they can manipulate the price of coins to be even higher and can get a big profit from the increase in the price of the coin bro.

Manipulation is now part of every market, but I think its ratio involves in cryptocurrency is much more than any other market. I think it might be true.

I think people will manipulate anything that involves large sums of money, so not only do I think it's possible, but would be shocked if there was no manipulation.

In fact I read a very compelling report of how back in 2013, when Bitcoin went from like $100 to $1,200, was due to a manipulation by someone at Mt. Gox and bots.

And the market is so unpredictable. Then he and the market. The market is each of us. How can I predict whether I will sell or buy tomorrow for example? But it is from this will depend on a small fraction of the price.

Cryptocurrency market is the most manipulative market. I think that single purpose of some altcoins is manipulations on the market. Manipulation is quite simple task, taken into account that most part of cryptocurrency in the limited number of hands.

If they are huge investors I think they can manipulate a price in the market because whales now can predict the prices of bitcoin and altcoins so the whales will surely give a big or small amount to a investing platform and also they can give a highly hope for those ico who have potentials.
