I’m doing OK in buwaytress’s Rollbit CL Superbru pool. I’m set to get a paid position in that but overall I suck in most of the pools for the last few seasons.

I am probably going to be break even with the Rollbit pool prize when the other entry fees are added up. I guess you have to be in it to win it but maybe I’ll not be in all of them next season.

It does seem to be getting more difficult each season, but that's to be expected as the veterans who stay seem to know what they're doing, the newcomers seem to also know their shit, then we get found out (though it's not inaccurate to say Superbru is a lot of luck so you got that too).

I do find the competitions highly +EV so I've always played every season but it does seem like I'll need to trim down at some point -- the recent BSFL slip was rare but it was coming... so many things to juggle and something's bound to give. Definitely not even about the fee, but about being a good competitor to others too, eh?

That said, I'll be doing all I can to make sure you're in everything haha.

This is the first season in which I didn't miss a single round and my results are great. I will walk away with ~5k$ in prizes so yeah - I'll be playing these for the foreseeable future.

Link which are posted by you is completely different from this pool which is organized by the @hilariousandco because we are now having many pools around here with different players and different things and this is organized by @Trofo and @cryptofrka which are doing for sometime with their own way.

Now we are having few days left in this Euro2024 Germany so most chances in few days you will be able to have new thread related to this topic which will be organized by @hilariousandco here on this forum.

Euro is big competition lasting a short time and I think it deserves a lot of coverage here on the forum. That one you linked will be something that hasn't been tried yet and we hope it will be a big success. Quite probably the biggest reward ever on the forum but just for the last man standing. It will require a bit more time invested than vanila Superbru pool for sure.

In addition, we will also have a Superbru and Euro Fantasy league. Should be interesting and profitable time for all of us

As one of the biggest footballing event, it deserves a lot of coverage and most guys here will want to have some fun during the show through pools and the likes. Good thing we will have our regular Suprebru pool as well, I have not won anything yet, but I feel I will be stronger in predictions.

All of that will matter after tomorrow, need to get this season over and done with. Time for the final predictions.

It has been a while since final match doesn't mean anything for Liverpool but perhaps it was always meant to be. Just the way Gerrard's slip paved the way for Klopp, so may a relaxed farewell prepare the way for Slot to slot right in.

I'm too dumb for my own good, but like I said and you agree: these pools are highly +EV. You only need to win one to pay off losing all of them for a few seasons, there's really no reason to NOT play in any. But I might do some adjustments like you say. See where I am mid-season, and then "neglect" the ones you're not in with a good chance.

Fair to say, I more or less neglected Bundesliga and F1 early -- but my FPL disaster is almost certainly my own fault.

It does seem so long ago when I placed in EPL, Serie A, and missed La Liga prize by half a point, so I could comfortably lose every season until 2028 or something and still be in the black. Just didn't expect to have such a fallow couple of years after that, but AFCON provided a very nice boost to my confidence.

Now I need to make sure I don't miss points by missing picks in at least 1 round. Happens every season, I blame Superbru as I don't think I ever forget, but there are rounds where somehow my picks weren't saved, so now have to make sure am in habit of checking on match day.

Now we are having last round of the season with I am having worst end for me due to many absences which hurt me badly, but it's all part of life and game with still I enjoyed this all and I will try my best for having another season next time I am not familiar with other leagues so never participate in any other pool with now trying to have some knowledge and data about them hopefully this all will be give me some better awareness in the future.

Congrats to all those have at the top ranks with their best good luck for the future as well and at the end thanks @hilariousandco for organizing event like this which was fun to join and doing this through all season.

I am looking for this as well, me and my friends are going to head out to look for some place showing it, usually it's going to be full or either City or Arsenal fans watching their games but some of the expat places will show everything.

Should have planned for it earlier but you know how it goes

Eh yeah, at 1-0 it was already flying away, after Foden's second, I think Arsenal would be deflated hearing the news. Was really hoping for a bit more drama but I guess we get what we get. To be fair, Trofo's saying they're playing very well, so you can't really deny the best team in the league the title.

I look back on our weird losses to Spurs and missed chance to win against City as key to our fallaway, not to mention losing to... Everton.

But don't want to be sour grapes. We were supposed to be rebuilding, not fighting for the title!

Would not want to dwell on the dropped points at Villa and WestHam this season, cause it was a perfect season beyond that. 84 points last season, 5 better this season. With good signings in good positions we can better this season, maybe take that trip to Dubai a little earlier than we did

Congrats to Omikifuse for the first place it was an intresting battle between you and me the entire season. Saint-loop also made me so nervous was waiting for the final table but took the second place barely by 0.5 points. Happy to be second this year in the pool. You are literally on fire for the last round ! You should pull this off earlier next season and get top 5 atleast  . I didnt even bother to make any prediction for the last round, I knew Im not gonna nail the golden cap for some reason


I dont win any of the prizes this season except for two times free bets ( In fact I dont think I have ever win since I joined the pool lol ) but hey thanks @hilariaousandco for arranging and managing this pool.

Congratulations to the winners of this pool from 1-10 It's been a fun season accumulating lots of points on SuperBru but for the first time not making the top 10 haha.

This pool will remain interesting for next season and I hope hilariaousandco organizes another worthy of us as participants and Premier League lovers.

This time only finished 21st but I hope in the other pool [UCL] to get the best position.

Congratulations to all winners,this season was a different one,the winners were already seen in the first couple of weeks and most of them held to their positions up until the end week which we just played now.This means that it was a Premier League season with little surprise results compared to what we used to see in previous seasons as in previous seasons the winning spots changed frequently before coming to the last week and finalizing such spots.It was a lot of fun playing in here despite never being able to get the yellow cap as this is a prize we play every single week and winning it is a nice motivation to continue playing even when you know that you stand no chance to get a winning prize.

Considering how the season went, I'll take my 4th place. It's probably just about what I deserved, the guys above me were at the top of every leaderboard I checked.
