1. Thank god no VAR intervention. Nobody would ever have given that in a hundred years, but VAR would have, and Pep will likely bring it up a hundred times.
2. Salah loves scoring against Citeh. His header gave me the 5/7 on FJ's Majestic Seven, so I have a 30 mBTC freebet waiting for me to waste on some fancy parlay =p.
3. Incredible power from our team all round, and Alisson is the calming influence we need. Firminho should be on the scoresheet but then again, to be fair, so should Aguero, uncharacteristically off target.

Quite an interesting 45 minutes I must say! The kind of match needed before a 12-days break!

Liverpool are terrific on the break and I don't know if Bravo could be considered guilty for either of the goals, but he should have gotten his hands on one of them, Aguero has been quite wasteful too :/

@big_daddy: You deserve the 19/1. I went for 3-0, and perhaps I was being a wee bit disrespectful of Citeh's attack. Silva deserved that goal, whatever, but I'm so glad Sterling had a torrid time. Some jinxes are just never going to go away. Priceless to see Sterling moan the way he does, and Pep too, but he turned out to be truly magnanimous in the end. He's right, you know, best team in the world =p

@cryptofrka I actually thought we were lucky too, but after finding out it hit Silva's hand first, I don't think anyone can complain. Tell you what though, VAR is so tricky it could easily have given the penalty, so I still haven't changed my mind about it!

Oh, if VAR disallowed that one I'd go mental. Bernardo's handball could have been given instantly but after it was cleared definitely not anymore. I think nobody can complain about this.

I was actually impressed with how well Liverpool handled the game after going 2-0 up. Yes, City played decent and had some chances they usually do not miss but I somehow felt we were in control the whole time. It was clear in every press they made, De Bruyne was furious the whole 2nd half

We are not too happy with Liverpool's win. Personally I don't like boring league where we know winners after 10-12 games.
