When it comes to this evening I think Liverpool will win against Leeds away comfortably. (I made a 3-0 Liverpool win prediction in the pool.)

3 - 0 for Liverpool is not going to happen. Leeds just scored. And now Jota. 3 - 1. I would not mind if the score stay there. A solid 3 points for me keeps me at the top of the round 😉

But it still 35+ minutes to go. May be a 1.5 points will do the good.

Things have changed, Salah scored his second goal in this match, so you're good because most of the participants will only get a close result, including me. Maybe this will make me lose my position in the ranking!!!Wow, Jota managed to add the fifth goal.😁😁😁

I was expecting a Liverpool scoring a lot of goals but I was in doubt for the win because of their bad away record yet they crushed Leeds completely and most likely Leeds now will be in a fight for relegation zone despite their recently I would say good results overall.I am happy for Liverpool as since last week when they played against Arsenal they showed a super awesome football in the second half of that game and the real result should have been 4-2 for Liverpool and not just a draw.I think that 99% of the participants will get a point as I don't see people predicting a Liverpool misfortune in this game.

It's done! Officially and finally I was able to get the yellow cap (although superbru is yet to update the table). There was a time when getting exact scores were very difficult for me but from the last two rounds it seems my luck is better. Happy with the performance. Hopefully in the next few rounds I will be able to continue scoring decent.

Winning by 1 - 6 goals is huge.

I was waiting for Liverpool to win in a comfortable way today. However this result was a surprise for even me. This season Liverpool showed a very bad performance in general. However they had very big games in some matches. I assume that nobody would believe you if you said Liverpool would defeat Manchester United by 7-0 while having the worst season of their recent years.

That was because they were playing away and I think this time the next game they play at home and again against one of the bottom standings team.I can hardly believe that Liverpool will not be able to beat Nottingham Forest in their Saturday game,personally I think they will crush them with another tennis result as I think their attackers finally have found the perfect form and I sorta agree with you for Jota but for me personally the best is Darwin Nunez as a player.
Salah is also recovering his form and he needs to score with a penalty now after losing two in a row in order to gain again confidence and what better place than the game against Nottingham to do this.

For sure Arsenal would pay to take 2nd... but not in a fashion of sitting in #1 for 80% of the season and giving it up on the final lap.

Still want them to win, for sure. I also have free biweekly beers for an entire season from an Arsenal fan waiting for me...

it is a good enough reason to want them to win
with last two draws, it becomes clear that they do not have Champions mentality, but somehow I think that their luck will change on Etihad, and that they are going to win there (plan to play on that, odds will be good presumably)

all in all, relegation fight is more interesting to me, we failed against Fulham, and situation is getting really complicated, fighting Leeds as last season and Nottingham instead of Burnley

A great Liverpool performance yesterday - but it's too late to be of any real significance.
Even if we win all our games until the end of the season, it won't be enough to secure Champions League next season.

Still, we need to secure EL at least and yesterday was a step in the right direction.
It was nice to see Thiago and Diaz returning - they were our best players before injuries. Hopefully they can push us towards Europe.

What is going on up there?  The supporters are prolly making songs chanting Boehly Out at every home match. Lol.  What manager would be wanting to take the job at their current state?  I could see Lampard being given the role during the summer as they could have a hard time looking for a decent manager...  Unless they could tempt somebody like Zidane and offer him good money, which prolly they wouldn't do, and a huge transfer budget which prolly they shouldn't do.

I think staying with Lampard could be a wise choice for the sole purpose of rebuilding the squad.  They shouldn't be looking for their Pep..  They should be looking for their Arteta imho.

You know they were bad when Kepa is their best player and they conceded two goals. Brighton is good team and playing super exciting football this season but team like Chelsea shouldn't allow any opponent to have 26 goal attempts, almost like they were playing handball  

@igebotz maybe time for new manager? You can't buy players outside of transfer window but you can managers. I am thinking Boehly has no idea what to do with his new toy and he is doing something just for the sake of doing.

Lots of strange results today, what is worse I predicted surprises in couple of those games but went with more safe draws instead of outright wins for underdogs.

Kepa had a season when he was pretty good tho...  The year when they won the UCL.  The sample size is small but at the time his stats were as good as the top keepers, prolly even better.  Not sure what's going on with him now as I've been following the EPL less and less.  I'd assume it was Tuchel who had done a good job making him improve.  I guess check and compare his stats on goals conceded under Tuchel and under Potter.

What the new owners should do...  Do an Abramovich and issue a blank check.

Seems like yesterday Liverpool destroy all his cursed players, Jota scoring twice, after being cursed and not scoring for like 1 year (incredible for a forward) Nuñez scoring, Gakpo scoring, Salah being Salah, are they happy because they know Mane its gonna comeback? Or are they know if Mane comeback they have to compete against a really good one for that spot in the initial 11 ?.

Ahaha yes I see it now, in fact beating Leeds away was a different result than they normally have, just didn't realize until checking that they have been suffering a lot when playing away.

But still I think they have to worry, getting a good result or even a great result against a solid team can make them lazy the next game against relegation team.

And the problem now is all teams don't fear Liverpool. So again, I think stay away from betting and just enjoy watching

I don't know about last two as the round before the last one everybody did pretty well there while in this last round 90% of the pool participants suffered in getting substantial points from this round.So this time is another opportunity for us to try and win that merchandise bundle from Sportsbet and I think it would also be no problem to continue this tradition at least for the remaining weeks of the tournament,I am not saying to continue the upcoming pool also but for just a couple of weeks until it ends.
