I wait over 10 minutes no payment happened so far there is 200k inside? when will all these coins confirmed?

Ye it takes a while though, took me 35 min to get the first block confirmed!

I never got paid yet, about 30 minutes passed. How possible other pools paying like few minutes but this pool does not....

Edit: Just get my first payment from this pool

Enter your pin, then they send a conf. email.  You then click the link and it unlocks your settings.

You have locked your wallet with a pass phrase? Type "walletpassphrase *YOURPASSWORD* 999999999 true". Let's say your password is "superminer1";

Code:

walletpassphrase superminer1 999999999 true

Number 9999999 is so minting wont stop incase you leave your wallet open for a long time.
