What should we do for Mintcoin to be added to coinmarketcap.com? i just posted a message in their bitcointalk thread.

For a Coin to be added to coinmarketcap, it must have at least 1 month of age, which is not the case for Mintcoin.
Where did you learn this? Because you're wrong.  Tongue Karmacoin made it on there in a week, and it's a crap clone with nothing going for it except kimoto gravity well (which it didn't even have at the date that it was added).

Check out this site for legit free BTC. It's like an hourly free lottery ticket that always pays out at least 300 satoshi, and could net you over .3 BTC if you're really lucky. Just gotta fill out a captcha each time. (basically a faucet with chance of real reward)

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

When I transfer some of the coins from my MINT wallet, are they the newest coins or does it disrupt the proof of stake process of my older coins? Is there some way to know?

What kind of hash rate do you have for solo mining?

I mine here http://mnt.coins4everyone.com/.

I have about 3066 KH/s, I was wanting to solo mine but i can't ever get cgminer working but with pools.

[/quote]
For some reason that quote broke.

Don't put stratum+tcp before the ip of your wallet, and you can use coinwarz and another scrypt coin and plug in mints values manually. At 200KH I should solve a block every 2 days, at 3000 you should be able to do nicely solo.

So i have sent all banners/logos i have right now to the people that asked for them. If any one else wants to use them just tell me and i can send you all files.
My designer came up with an idea, he will make series of banners that will include MINT COIN and things that people like to do.
It will be like, MINT while relaxing, having a drink, shopping, tweeting etc.
Please tell me what you think about this idea.
Here is the first banner like this, just so you can get an idea of what i am talking about Smiley
Any comments are welcome !

I must say that I am utterly impressed by the logos. So many alt-coins have horrendous logos, but the Mint logos are something else.

If I were an outsider looking at Mint Coin for the first time, the art/logos alone would make me interested as to what it can offer. The colors and tag lines are perfect.

Good job, guys.

A lot of devs don't pay attention to their logos. It's a shame. It's the first thing a miner see's.

Shouldn't we have some more giveaways? This will help distribute coins.
Would donate to it but don't have the time to run it.

around 1 billion coins being sold from 5 to 8 satoshis on mintpal lol... good luck getting around that wall without the currency crashing out and dying. time to move on from mintcoin, shame as it had a promising concept which at least differentiated it a bit from the other coins.

If you want a quick buck then yes, sell. This coin has so much support and potential, unlike 95% of the other clone coins that are released. Give it time, hold on to your coins and they will eventually rise in value. It's not even a month old yet.

Yes, I still hope for it's future. I'm currently mining PANDA and convert them to MINT. It's more profitable for now with current MINT ask price.

Lol @ a month.... It's a week and a half old Smiley I would still classify this one as an infant coin
