Down... coin gets hype over halving, price goes up pre-emptively along with hash rate due to drawing miners in from the prospect of high reward, reward halves, miners leave dropping hash rate and everyone dumps... that's the norm on an established coin anyway, this is a little different because its young and will see several halving's in rapid succession so hard to say what will happen here

It also has the PoS going for it which will hopefully alleviate the dumping.

Not mandatory: if many miners leave, diff will go down and the coin will be profitable again considering the price increase. Unpredictable which tendency will win, even not considering the PoS thing.
