It looks like he is posting a bunch of incoherent crap in the majority of his post and otherwise agreeing with the title.

They looked like copy and pastes to me initially but I can't find any evidence of that, but he's probably using a text spinner and that's why his posts seem a little off. Check this post out below. He's posting about Ripple but seemingly refers to is as "Swell" which is surely a synonym for 'Ripple' (unless there is a Business called "Swell" that has invested in Ripple):

I really don't know what's happening to the people right now, but in the least sense I can tell that these are the works of babies ( well, yah know, babies just do what they can see , and doesn't even bother whether they're doing is right or wrong ) These bounty hunters are even getting more insane as time passes by, and the work loads for reporters are also getting bigger.

When we allow people to get paid for doing nothing but copy and pasting then why wouldn't they do it? Not only can you earn a good amount of money from this board merely for posting but you can also do so for free. Just fire up some bots, and they will do the copy and pasting and text spinning for you. All you need to do is sit back and watch the money come rolling in. Sure, we'll waste hours of our time playing cat and mouse with them and catching a few of them every other day in the process, but when you've got hundreds if not thousands of accounts losing a couple will just become an occupational hazard to these farmers. The culture around here really needs to change. Signatures from lower ranks need to be removed completely and badly run ICO campaigns who constantly pay for spam and copy and pasting need to be banished. The quality of content around here could change drastically, but it won't the longer the admins continue to do nothing and ignore it. In fact, it just gets worse.

I suggest thresholds of 10, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 merits and the certificates could award titles like "Member", "Full Member", "Sr. Member", "Hero Member", and "Legendary". The forum could even show those titles under the user name. It's a shame that theymos is too busy and will never implement this.
