Hey, now that's a bitcoin collectible I'd love to own!  Not sure what it takes to make a custom tablet press, but it looks like someone did it (though I don't know the provenance of that photo).  Also, it doesn't look like acetaminophen/paracetamol to me, but then again neither does the pink tablet shown by cabalism13.  I guess I'm just used to seeing big, white tablets and not colored ones. 

Back on topic, I found at least one idiotic shitpost in this thread.  The thread title alone lets you know it's a shitpost-magnet, and I personally cringe when I see 'pump' or 'dump' in a thread title, because those two terms are overused on bitcointalk by people way out of the context that they should be used in.  There was a particularly idiotic post in that thread that I was going to quote a few days ago, but I lost sight of it since then and the thread has grown to fourteen pages, and I'm too lazy to find it again.  Take a look; it's a bunch of parrots using 'pump' and 'dump' nonstop.
