For example, if they saw the posts suchmoon quoted, would they say — “Hell yeah! Bring that guy into Foobee and we'll pay him!” ...?  Despite the fact that they pay pennies on bounty campaigns.

Some do (I actually checked foobee spreadsheet and he did remove a few) but even if they do probably asinur is a standard case so if you kick the likes of him you shut down the campaign, and I suspect in some other cases they are told to accept everyone and it's pretty easy to understand why. They have a fixed budget of x tokens, those will be split between the participants so for them it's not like they are paying extra for those shitposts, 10 quality posts or 1000, 1 shitpost or a million, it's the same cost, and they need as much exposure as they can get.

I've asked this before, but I don't think I've gotten an answer: are there more bounties/campaigns going on now than there have been, say, for the last year or two?  I'm just wondering because it really seems like there have been a lot more shitposts in the sections I frequent, and the forum had been pretty readable for quite a while up until recently. 

Suchmoon really get valid points about this. But I noticed people selected in signature campaigns were carefully selected, I am not implying all of them are that good and have excellent quality posts, but they are still indeed better and good, many of signature (bitcoin) campaign posters always have good posts even if not that quality enough.

If the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are increasing, you will frequently be seeing new bounty projects, this happened since when Bitcoin increased to all-time-high. But there was a declined of new bounty campaigns when Bitcoin plummeted to $30000. Recently, when Bitcoin started to sour in price right from $29000 till now, there has been many new bounty campaigns on this forum, even there was one today. What I still also noticed is that new people are knowing this forum daily while many of them are shitposters introducing new shitposts (bounty hunters), all they want is to make shitposts for money.

I really wonder how these campaign managers choose to hire their participants. Do they actually read their posts or just look at their post & merit count and decide if they deserve the position?

With what I have noticed, bounty campaign managers most often select users having no merit received record over 120 days. They are always selecting shitposters to just promote their project.

I could get behind that 100%--but unfortunately I'm not a campaign manager or the owner of one.  And as mentioned, the problem is that those slots have to be filled.  Even with all the applicants that campaigns and bounties get, a lot of the best posters on the forum are already in campaigns and I'd say most of the applicants are typical shitposters, so there's not a lot to differentiate between them.

Yeah, I remember that period where bounties were at their lowest point (numbers-wise, I mean), and I'd hoped that they'd soon be extinct.  Not to be, I guess.  Lately it seems like some of the worst posts being made are ones by members wearing some DeFi or other token-related project in their signature space, which I assume is related to bounties and not bitcoin-paying signature campaigns.  Bounty managers have no standards as a general rule, though there might be a few exceptions.

I reported these kinds of gigs. I almost forgot to update my reply in [here] due to Fiverr not sending email to those who reported the gig.
The gig was taken down already, though I am not sure when it was taken down.

I would just encourage others to keep reporting these types of gigs. Fiverr didn't respond to my report immediately, but at least the gig was taken down. The site requires an account, before one can report though.

Exactly my thoughts. I think the CMs can't really do much without those posters because after all, those advertisers want exposure. Shitposting or not, they want their ROI in the most profitable way possible; they don't give a toss on how things are laid out. And CMs like Hhampuz are doing their job well.

And also if the shitposters fail to meet their quota, it's basically free advertising for the week (i.e. they don't get paid + warning).

I’m glad someone agrees that we detected the problem, but also that no one wants to solve it - because no one wants to cut the branch they’re sitting on. Low standards for participation in campaigns that are actually directly related to the earnings of those who run campaigns are the biggest problem - but I believe that this can only be changed in such a way that signature/bounty campaigns are completely banned at some point - which is an option that is on the table.

.. signature/bounty campaigns are completely banned at some point - which is an option that is on the table.

That will significantly reduce the activity of forum, and ad revenue. I don't know how much forum earns from ads and what sustains it tho.

According to his profile, this is a woman. She uses the forum purely as a place to earn money. Having three accounts, and participating in three subscriptions, makes some people write daily gibberish to meet their required quota. Greed is a vice. 
Therefore, your bronze poop prize will have to be tripled. Although, having so many violas, I wouldn't be surprised that she has a few more.

Think of block rewards as a way of introducing Bitcoin into circulation without introducing too much that it would be better for people to mine than to use Bitcoin as a currency. We need both for Bitcoin to be valuable. We need people to be sending and receiving Bitcoin from other people because but if the block rewards were too high and offered too much incentive everyone would be mining instead of trading. When we have finally reached the limit of 21 million Bitcoin every one should be circulating Bitcoin around with trades. Transaction fees then allow miners to still earn but it will not be too lucrative for the miners because then people will not use Bitcoin as a currency because the transaction fees would be too high. The way Bitcoin has been designed is to make sure that there is balance and we are not injecting too much Bitcoin into circulation at the same time because this would have the effect that fiat currencies have with printing money off.

The popularity of Bitcoin is spreading day by day and people are leaning towards it. In particular, students are dropping out of school and concentrating on Bitcoin in a country  The education system is deteriorating. So you only need to know that DeFi,NFT, are really into hype and they are good and that's it and other members will have knowledge poured out of your context and could easily explain to other who have no knowledge in same way.Now i know why projects can easily scam people of millions as they are hot
