As people learn on how to avoid scam project so scammers improve on their scam strategy hence no person is above been scammed except by the grace of God but let me ask is it not high time managers that patronize fake ICOs is been sanctioned?

Detecting Fake ICO or project is not an easy thing and it cannot be learnt even with experience as i have seen many experienced person get deceived.

The Scammers introduced their project with such a skill and one cannot believe it will be a scam in the future.

That is true lots of airdrop are just scam after getting the investments they will just disappear. For the peoples who get hooked are also after to the earnings they might get ftom that airdrop. I used to join them before and i realized that i am just wasting my time so i did stop.

I think everyone who wants to join ico must learn first, the coin has good potential or not, because now there are so many ICOs that make many people confused about choosing a good ICO that can provide benefits for their investors. if you don't study first, then following the ICO is the same as gambling

I think there are a lot of reasons why it is still happening. I have noticed that they do not want to think themselves and moreover people usually prefer to take an andvice or a final decision from someone instead of thinking themselves. Namely in that cases advestisement works excellent explaining briefly benefits of a product and convincing a potential consumer to buy a product. As such type of people do not want to think themselves consequently they get a final decision withiout investigating anything. Most of people do not really want to think and to study by analyzing previous mistakes.
By the way there are also another interesting part of people which trades fro emotions like a player in a casino. Actually they are not traders they are just players hunting for emotions.

The aggressive marketing schemes and intelligent mindset is used to get public feels it to be a legitimate project.  People never learn from their mistakes and they again and again being used up by the scammers.

Well, I feel experience is the best teacher. Probably when lots of them join Airdrops that are bunt of shit coins, they shall learn to retrace their steps because most Airdrops to me are clusters of rubbish. To enjoy Airdrops, lots of research needs to be done. That is why I in most cases prefers Bounty to Airdrops since the risks involved are very much lesser and you can see for yourself in their Spreadsheet updates what you are working for.

99.9% Airdrop is a fraud, but almost all the coins and tokens that are now in the top 100 also did their airdrop when they started the project, the time involved is small because people and participate.
Bounty campaigns also consist of about 90% of scammers, and today there are very many cases of deception by campaign managers or project creators.
Just need to study the project more carefully before joining and distributing it.

All ICOs have almost no difference between scam projects and projects that are not capable of being maximized in the ICO. all whitepapers and attractive promotions look the same and they display a lot of logos with perfect value from the ico rating / review platform, all give nothing because investors prefer investments that are covered by the hype of big profit promotions.

There needs to be special certification in the use of smart contract regulation or ICO so that there are filters that will prevent the flow of fraud from becoming wild, this year I can hardly distinguish which is good and which is not.

Because people think its a free money and even token value is zero they do not lose anything and are targeting to sell once pump happens, but indirectly involving the people the air-dropper would benefit much, they will sell their shitcoin in much higher value during pump into people who will then carry those shit loads of coins forever in their portfolio.

This is a common practice nowadays some developers create a wallet with some anonymity features or whatever shit features then promote the project using free airdrops and a very own exchange then some newbies will promote this shitcoin and after 1-2 years the developers will dump the coin lol.

So saw many self airdrops of ERC20 tokens and wave platforms in social media. They would promise their investors a cheap token price purchase, and in turn promise a good listing price at the exchange. 98% of these self airdrop never make it to exchange, and the few that get listed in a decentralized exchange get pumped for 2hrs and there after dumped forever. Why do you think people still patronize these scamming project and not study good ICOs and buy? 

Well that self airdrop will listed on decentralized exchange easily but the price will be super low and like a trash coin. The sad thing is many people still join that type of airdrop and even make many alt accounts to join the airdrop lol. Well it is free, that's why many people still join that airdrops even the airdrops is trash.
