If we evaluate the roadmap, then there is still a year to full functioning. So now the work has been done at best by 30%. The exchange is not even in the beta version yet, since the trades do not function.

So if you estimate to still take a year to complete it, I guess it would be safer to assume that it takes 18 months. There are always surprises in software development, and they tend to be overall negative.

Even if they do that competition is still very high, usually people that trade in one exchange and have no problem with it tend to stick with it. They may have some advantage if they launch while being able to process payment with crypto, so offering something new.

The best feature for ternion is the fiat gateway I think, it’s really something that many exchanges want and people need at the moment. If the team really carry that and sucess to deliver this, the value of the exchange could be very high.

I believe that such a comparison is not entirely correct. You can declare any development plans and look advantageous against the background of already working exchanges. But these are just plans. At the moment, none of this yet. It's too early to compare. But what is - the exchange interface is now very far from perfect. The interface needs to be seriously refined.

I think thats just MVP and main site of ICO is what you gave.
I feel ternion will be something in the exchange markets. The work which is already done by the team is remarkable and I heard they are listing many new coins.
