I was against regulations but after seeing so many scams, we need some regulations. Not like shitty kyc for us. Big regulations for ico holders kind of things.

My guess is they will drop it too, but time will tell. I hope they got more than 5m $ so this won't be an issue.

It must be regulated somewhere since will not start as a decentralized exchange and even then maybe they will go under some regulation (for example, I don't know why, but Idex delisted security tokens)

I think the project team had reason to specify just such a sum. The exchange will be located in Europe, legal issues and creation servers with their maintenance there is not cheap.

Yeah you are right, sometimes we are missing the legal fees or other expenses and look this project as just for some user interface where we can sell/buy tokens

Yeah you are right, sometimes we are missing the legal fees or other expenses and look this project as just for some user interface where we can sell/buy tokens

The project will deal with fiat finance, for team will need staff who can solve the problems with dirty money - in order to avoid closing exchange in one bad day.

Yes, and there are many other projects which will compete with Ternion.
But Ternion has good chances, because they have a capable team, which I dont see at most competitive projects.

Uncertainty is cruel in the crypto, so we lose so many opportunities for real profit as projects miss the opportunity to show their worth. I think ternion has assembled a capable and well-divided team in case of encountering many adversities, but planning for a top 5 at least in exchanges

This is exactly where I stand. Ive lost a lot of BTC from scams and people running off. Id rather put my money into something that is safer, even if that means I wont make 1000% returns or whatever people hope for.

Yeah it sounds reasonable as I think its better to have extra funds to cover as contingency fund making the exchange more financially stable.

I think the legal fees and regulation charges will be higher than other projects as this one will be an exchange. Also dont forget about running the exchange until we see some significant volume.
