The only question is if this is enough to develop the exchange to a working state.

We will have TRN implemented in the Exchange, thus it will drive the demand for the token on the market.

So if you 're going to refund investors you will print tokens no matter what? Maybe you can also distribute them trough referrals' promotions or something like that

That's a nice question too I guess. This could have been worked very well during the ICO craze last year but I don't if it works right now (I mean, say that you're going to develop it even if you don't raise any money)

For advertizing you cant have enough money, but its big amount, you are right.

Best advertisement imho are the ref links of twitter superstars, the GUI that works flawlessly, and the working customer service that speaks fluent English and understands what they are doing.

So this would mean you could withdraw any amount under 1k USD without having to go through a KYC process? That would be nice but it's hard to believe. The whitepaper doesn't say much about KYC at all.

The current investment portal has the KYC tool, and this could facilitate the negotiation and use of the platform for those who have already done so in advance. I asked here if there would be an integration between the current portal and the exchange, but I think there was no response for that

So you will have TRN tokens in any way (even if softcap will not reaches)? What main using of the tokens? Reduce fees for trading? Are you going to take payment fees for listing in TRN tokens?

Token has a discount fee option and a burn function as far as i know. But about soft cap i am not sure, my guess is still the same, the current number is not that bad to reduce to soft cap.

Token sale ends Dec 30 so actually still enough time to reach softcap. And if not, yes they should think about reducing their softcap, maybe end of Dec they have raised 2m $ or more which is really a good amount considering they don't need it for platform development.

I think that at the moment very early to worry about this, if they don't can raised softcap, they will be able to announce additional round, but it's better to inform about it in advance.

The team confirmed that even if they wont reach the soft cap then also they will be launching the exchange in November, but may be without TRN as a token. I hope they will reach the soft cap as I see good potential in it and it can become something in future.

I dont know why investors are not turning in into investing in ICO even after having an mvp and demo site available already. I am not seeing TRN reaching its soft cap, may be they lower the cap or start the project with whatever they have got already.

If they held ICO 1 year ago, they would raised hard cap easily. Having MVP and demo site distinguish them from 80% ICO projects, but now a different time and now a different market.
