Yes ternion on icobench: https://icobench.com/ico/ternionIt seems you didn't pay them anything and they gave you a low rating. I think not paying them is a good call No-one cares about their ratings. some people do, though in my opinion no one should. always do the research yourself. I don't think anybody care at all. I saw projects with 4.9 ratings don't get a single dollars on the ico. They are just good for checking the icos summary, nothing more.

As I see exchange registered in Estonia. The team and their office based in Estonia as well or in other countrie?
The exchange is registred in Estonia, but the team is based in multiple countries, mainly Latvia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Russia, Canada. But how they are working? Remotely? You dont have office? If have, where is your office based? Estonia is a country open to new technologies and crypto, they(team) have done well to choose to register exchange there, i think the team can work very well remotely from anywhere in the world...

With all the doubts around the future of the crypto I can see why they choose to register in a country open to new technologies. Has Estonia made any statement about their opinion about crypto?

They said before that they gonna return all the contributions, but they already raised quite a lot and they also said that the platform development is already far along, so I hope that they will just lower the soft cap to the amount they raised.

Well, it is above average but lower than good. Thus, the team of the project has some space to develop into.

Wow, obviously one of the Ternion team answered/commented to each "expert" rating, looks like they care about the rating.

I agree that each should do their own research and be actively following the Communities and the development of a particular project, but there are still those who do not have the time, or who risk a little more in their investments, preferring the classification sites only

Oh the infamous icobench that gave a very good rating to Hashrental, and then quietly removed it when it turned out to be an obvious scam.

They said before that they gonna return all the contributions, but they already raised quite a lot and they also said that the platform development is already far along, so I hope that they will just lower the soft cap to the amount they raised. Also I want to add that they're going to issue tokens anyway, they just sold them directly on exchange, which will gave them profit anyway. I don't if they really going to refund people if they don't meet the soft cap, they riased almost $2M so far (iirc), which is better then 0 if they decide to refunf investors

If have, where is your office based? Maybe they work remotely since the team members came from many different countries. As long as it work as expected and the name of the members are known, nothing to worry about. But how they can works remotely? Exchange- this is serious business and they must have own office. How exchange development going so far?

If it is only about coding I think they could do it remptely but you can't manage a whole project without a central office.

Indeed, it's not neccesary to work in the same place to develop a platform nowadays but once the project is launch they should have some office where they can work together with the different departments. Even if they are just a few people.

They need an office for sure, I can see only full decentralized exchanges working remotely since everything is done by automation and no need for a third party Today you can work online and make conferences per internet, thats not the problem. But to have an office is valuable f.e. for inviting and greeting potential investors or medias.
