Yes, bittrex is a great example of this. They were the biggest exchange but they lost their customers trust and now they are one of the small exchanges. Just with losing the trust nothing else.

Yes, it's working in a beta mode right now, the development is undergoing. Full platform will be launched the next year, as per the roadmap.

Broken English with zero support is mostly what crappy exchanges give. I don't need support in my own language, the support member can talk English and can really support is enough for me. Not that hard to make this.

If crypto is illegal in your country it is up to you to respect that. Otherwise every exchange would have to activate IP blockers which can be circumvented by VPNs.

Indeed, nowadays english is the most common business language and a good support in that language is the minimun requirement for any international project.

There are many exchanges which are IP banning many countries because of the local regulations. But VPN's do the trick for most of them. I just hope governments understand the importance of crypto and think of something feasible.

As far as I understand, some parts of exchange will centralized, while others - decentralized. This way they will be able to have fiat.

You're right- mechanism of fiat money circulation will be definitely centralized, I think this information with all nuances should be in white paper.

I don't see it going another way but they should have put this info in the whitepaperbecause is something must be planned from the beginning.

This kind of pricing structure is why nobody buys during main ICO round anymore. The big guys get huge discounts and will dump on you asap so you either buy in the presale or you wait for the exchange listings and the following dump.

This is in fact a big difference between the individual rounds.
I also wouldnt buy in Round C.

I guess the rounds are there to incentivize people to buy early and not postpone their decision.

Such rounds are present in most ICO's, early investors risk more, but as a result they get more tokens for the same money - and it's fair.
