I think this time in mid-July is the right time to buy altocoin that has been popular .. to hold up its price rise .. because I observed already about 6 months bitcoin prices declined after the new year yesterday .. and now in the middle of the year when it will back up the bitcoin price.

What do you think?  is this a great time to buy altocoin?   

Now hardly anyone can accurately predict how the situation in the market will develop further. There are always possible options - the situation depends on many factors, so I do not presume to predict. yes you should buy coins at this time of month since.the clins cost less and will be on the bull run this end of 2018. expect a high rise of coins on the last quarter of this year.

I think right time to buy altcoins is in bearish market. Right time to sell is in bullish market. Market has started to recover, which means it is entering into bullish market. Better buy at low prices and sell it at high prices in pump.

I personally don't think there is a best time to buy, it depends on the altcoin you are buying. If you think because the prices are down now then it is the perfect time. What if you buy and the prices reduce more?
Just research about the altcoin you want to buy and then invest in it

Yup the prices are declining real bad, and instead of sulking, why not take an advantage of this market, and choose to invest in the coins instead. I think it is the right time to buy and hold altcoin because due to the market drops very low the altcoins also drops down. Better if you have an altcoin just hold it and if you want more altcoins you can buy also and just hold it until the price goes up again.
