Still waiting for a response to my support ticket I submitted two weeks ago. Withdrawal levels for my 3+ years old account were set to 0 without any notification or warning. I did nothing wrong. I traded from time to time. They request to do verification. The simple verification (by providing personal data) did not work because it searches data in a database and that database only contains information of US citizens. So I need to submit ID etc just to make a simple $400 valued altcoin withdrawal Huh

Bittrex has been my favorite exchange for years. I'll never ever trade on this platform again.

It's probably a bit late to move my BTC to Bittrex for the new SegWit2x fork but does anyone know if Bittrex are supporting this new date for the fork (Thurday 28th December) they said they would support the previous announced date, but will they do it with this new one ?

Seems like it happened to everyone too, my manual enhanced verification ticket had some magic done to it yesterday and now everything seems fine, lots of new regulations too, so not surprised they reset everyone's status

Have a big amount of Stellar (XLM) stuck after deposit to Bittrex. Opened support ticket about 3 weeks ago, just get a few emails that they are sorry for the delay and if my problem is solved yet.

NO IT IS NOT.

How difficult is it to add members to support team? I am patient, but 3 weeks + is a long time for a reply

A lot of people experiencing the missing deposits and the support only gave auto-reply check FAQ thing.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2644751.0
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7m16f0/bittrex_deposit_missing_cases/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bittrex/comments/7m2llw/bittrex_deposit_missing_even_after_being/

so far I haven't heard anyone with 'solved' result.

OMG this is scary. I am also getting those default check FAQ emails. No reply from a real human it seems

I wouldn't be surprised if this was stated elsewhere in this forum, but I have to complain about Bittrex's "Bittrex New IP Address Verification" email.

Almost every time that I try to log in, I have to wait until I get this email and click on the link.

This does not increase security in any way that I can think of, and in fact makes the site much less secure. I have trained myself never to click on links on emails. When I log into a crypto exchange, I always type the URL manually or use a local bookmark, to avoid the possibility of fraudulent emails and phishing scams.

It would be easy for a hacker to send a user this "IP Address verification" email and trick the user into giving away all of his/her Bittrex login information to a fake website that looks the same as Bittrex.

With every other exchange, I can be sure I am going to the correct URL. With Bittrex, I have to trust a link that I click from an email.

This will train users to accept bad security practices. And to what end? To make it harder for people to log in from a different IP address? Even from my same location, my IP address changes daily; this email verification just makes it extremely inconvenient for legitimate users to use the exchange.

It was people can't withdraw their funds and it seems now their deposits are not showing.

Guys, please stop using this unless they make their shit together.

This is such a joke. I feel so bad for my friend from Overseas going through this bullsht with Bittrex. Her ticket's been open for a MONTH about the inability to basic verify to get her funds out and they replied 3 with almost the same message about needing to do enhanced verification, which she todl them from the start (in about a dozen) updates that she did not want to do as she is not supposed to from Thailand anyways..

Almost 2 weeks now she opened another ticket to close her account and have her funds transferred out and they are refusing to do so. So they have stolen almost 2BTC from her. I wish I lived closer to Washington State so I could give them a visit in person at their office or person(s) named in the business registration.

She does not want to join the lawsuit as she fears they'll indefinitely steal her money.

Never thought sht like this would happen form the US. Pisses me off.

I hope EVERYONE takes their funds to another exchange and stops trading at this scammy pos and the people in charge get their a$$es beat by people.

I 100% agree. I get super nervous everytime I have to click on the link to get to the site.
What I do now, I click the link. Then I open a new browser and go to bittrex again through my bookmarked link. And then I can log in. This way I avoid logging in directly after cliking on a link

Still waiting on my deposit 3+ weeks

I'm in the US and the same thing happened to me....I submitted my docs and everything and their "system" still refused to validate me....they then asked me for this:

That's after days of support tickets and multiple validation attempts with accurate and valid identification....so....there's something else going on here.

They were my favorite too ---> for the liquidity, but ---> the fees were cheaper on other exchanges.

I had a very bad experience with their support service as there was a problem with my enchanced verification (didn't get verified for 10 days) and had no reply since then. I finally managed to get a reply from them due to putting extra extra extra effort.

I think most of you guys got manual verification done too right?

Received a mail saying:

Dear **************

I would like to apologize for the delay in resolving your enhanced verification issue. In the past few weeks we have made significant improvements to our verification system and have more than doubled the number of support agents.

At this time I am pleased to inform you that your account has been approved for enhanced verification.

Thank you for being patient with us while we continue to improve our verification processes and grow our support team.

Instead I received an automatic email saying that they are overwhelmed by support tickets, that they're working to solve each issue and to reply to them if my problem wasn't already solved during the period I had to wait.

I have 0.10024999 BTC stuck in reserved with no open orders or pending withdrawals, that means I can't unstuck them by myself.

I really hope they'll fix the problem soon, I switched from Poloniex to Bittrex because they had the best volume/number of cryptos ratio and I want to stick with them. I'll post an update in this thread if they manage to fix this issue.
