Then the more you will lose if you decide to sell all your holdings with this low price, i think the best thing that you should do now is hold tight of your holdings to avoid of losing a lot of money and earn more if the price of bitcoin have increase in the near future.

As on what i notice , the price of cryptos are all recovering , so selling some of your coins might not be a bad idea at all . you can sell to cut loss or sell if you badly need the funds for something more important than cryptos. 

@op you shouldnt stay away from this volatile market because as everyone said , the price of all cryptos can still be able to recover if only given an adequate time . so chill up , and do other things for a while.

If you are not emotionally ready for crypto crush, you should not be investing on it, stay away from it because you will lose money due to your impatience. Remember that, market crashes are normal and it's part of the cycle, the reason why crypto is profitable is because of it's market volatility. Just buy the dip, hold and be patient.

It would be wise to pause a while and look at the market from a new, different perspective. The market will fall, that is its nature. But as it falls it will also rise again and such cycle is repetitive. You have to learn and understand this market and not be much impulsive in making decisions because of panic when market is down. And lastly, invest in long term when day trading is stressing you too much.

If a person is absolute sure that the price will continue to go down then it is possible to use hedge to your advantage that way the value in fiat from your cryptocurrencies will not go down even in a bear market this means that you will multiply the size of your holdings in bitcoin and when the price finally recovers you will obtain more profits than if you just simply held your coins.
