Don’t panic. Wait a little bit. Forgot for some period of time about crypto and study anything else. After some time you will see the right way and what is better to do with your investment.

I agree with this one if you loss so much but still really believe in cryptocurrency get some vacation for you self and relax to relieve stress so you can make a much better plan for your future trade to make sure of your profits.

As we already know there’s no owner of bitcoin like other coins.
Whales are controlling them by taking advange of government regulation. Might be some whales are working for government to make a huge amount of money for them.

I think it's advisable that you take off a little emotionally, it's not healthy that the market affects you so much, probably a break wouldn't hurt you and if you feel better and have renewed courage come back to us and keep investing, but try to invest in coins that have a real use, something that can be used in everyday life and that is a solid project with a good team, those are the coins that are really worthwhile.

This will become the buy trend consider the bitcoin ETF will decrease the altcoin's price in the bitcoin terms. This has already happened last year and this gonna happen again next month. i should try to expect the bitcoin bullish trend will always be happened until next month after there will be an announcement regarding the bitcoin ETF application and does it get rejected or not.

Have you checked the rising trend of Bitcoin in the market? We have the price of Bitcoin well above $7000 now and hope it rise further. About your loss, I would say that one you should expand your knowledge more about the technology because I remember the CEO of BTM lost huge in the start and then researched the reasons why did he loose the money.

In 2017, he was one of the Bitcoin billionaire. This is what we learn from the mistakes we make only if we are willing to learn. And just hold your portfolio and do not panic. You can still regain your money making wise decisions.

Patience is our most precious virtue in crypto we have to be strong and wait for better times . You don’t loose money unless you sell . Stay strong and HODL better times are coming sooner than later .

But that is impossible to do unless you know why you are holding, many people in the forum hear that holding is the right strategy and then months later they realize they have not earned that much money, then they get desperate and they sell, they do not understand that holding is the strategy that we choose not only because it is the easiest but because it is the one that offers the most profits.

You are right. It is a lot better to improve than just quit.
I have never been a quitter. I will always choose to learn and be more competitive, than just leave. Still not everyone is suited for everything, but I believe that everybody can learn more and  become better.

Or just gain more knowledge and don't go away cause after gaining some informations you could believe again in crypto and you will make your decision different. In moments like this just take a while without crypto in your life and come back with new energy.

Read the article I guess you probably have held the cryptos for at least a year. If after a year that crypto is not rising in exchange rates, the decision to sell will be the best to cut loss and reinvest in other cryptos. You should not expect much of the potential cryptos but invest in potential long-term cryptos such as BTC, ETH, XRP, and EOS.
