The big problem is that you are holding the coins. If bitcoin or altcoin have quality and reputation in the market along the way of development in the future. You should keep them. because SEC can say yes with bitcoin with ETF. Prices and trends may explode similarly in 2017 or over. Especially in the crypto market, you want to be profitable, you have to harmonize and stick with it over time. Sometimes it becomes a habit.

If you are trading with small funds then there is nothing to worry but if you going with big fund then just by your respective altcoin at dip then hold bcz after market stabilize altcoin will pump.always accumulate potential coin at dip.

Patience is the key at this moment rather than put all of the effort to sell all of your stash at cheap price and it will become a very wrong decision in the future. Trading is not what you will need too much advice before making decisions.  If you cannot hold longer it is advisable that you quite at this time and learn more on the way to invest wisely.  I don't think bitcoin is going to recover in a short while but on the long run if you can hold you  will recover all that you have lose.

i can understand your feelings, on some alts i have lost almost the 90% of their value, thats crazy..i started buying coins during the last summer and i bought the last in january, the huge gains that i had during the first months just covered the losses of these monts, and now i can say that i'm just in pair, i think that in the next months i will exit this market but i will leave there the coins that lost too much, i hope they will recover
