But you should understand that when you put your money and invested it into cryptocurrency you are willing to lose all that money as market value is very volatile. If you still have some altcoins that you are hodl it is best to hodl it for now, because if you sell it then that is when the time you will lose your investments.

Keep holding on brother yet you are not the only who do experience and do feel this way and im sure 99% of holders of investors as of now are on a struggle on seeing their investment losing up 80-90% of their holdings which even myself is included and i would say it wont really be that easy and i know how it feels and the stress that it do gives but we need to endure because selling out on loss or getting out wont really change anything and as long we are still holding our coins it wont still be consider as a loss.
