You should wait. If you keep on doing what other people doing that after they received there coin they will wait to appear it on the market listing then they keep on dumping there coins thats the reason why the value of the token is to low after the launching of the project. The value of the token need is why the token value will increase if the token is everywhere that no one support it, it will go down easily and the ICO project will fail immediately.

First rule of crypto, Buy low, sell high. If you see your coin value goes down, try to hold as long as possible, because price will go up once market comes back from dead or recover. However my suggestion would be wait for the right moment.

On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.
And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?
What is your idea?
If you think that the price will fall, then you can sell and buy cheaper after a while. If you are afraid that you will not be able to do this or doubt that the price will fall, then just wait. HODL is best word based on what you experience on a downtrend to specific token. You don't need to sell it for a penny when the future of the token is way more worth than now. Then its better to HODL it and sell it when the trend goes high.
