I can not believe I am still in the wrong chain, I have downloaded the new wallet deleted everyting except wallet.dat, why?

Most people are still mining the previous chain ... if the previous chan has more hashrate, could it force everyone to "jump" back to the previous chain?

Sorry I wasn't available to answer your question about the coin disappearing. My BTQ's also vanished :-( Yes I had to relaunch due to multiple forks in the block chain. Hopefully everyone is on the correct chain now. I'm showing current block as 294...can someone confirm this for me???

Not sure why everything went haywire cuz everything worked perfectly during the test phase.

No, updated wallets won't accept blocks from the old chain.
