litecoin seems to have recently entered a rising trend. their target is to find 100 dolars but it is really hard. it was sold for 4 dolars a few months ago. I think that it has increased enough, but this market is always miserable. The LTC was silver in the market, not gold.

The short time I have is enough to know that when we were talking about altcoin, Litecoin is the first word that comes in my mind, say we can see Litecoin at $100, is it possible?

BTG is still going to establish themselves. The only thing they have is the "bitcoin name" and because of it the hype is so high which reflects on trading sites volume. Litecoin on the other hand is light and cheap with solid history.

yes you right, look in date Litecoin was created in the past year. if you participating on at this time is indeed already too late. but let's hope Litecoin will launched again bounty campaign from this coin. I personally really love this one coin. this coin realy very interesting and very nice.

It's ironic how shuch a powerfull thing might have this type of simple weakness as easy as just pulling a connect, obviusaly bitcoin was made for that soul purpouse for use for dealings on the internet and it came into existence when the internet reveloution what food was in its maximum, right now internet rules our lives in every way in cloths work schooll buddies as well as food, and we couldn't bare if we pass a day with out web, which is true that without web bitcoin will be lost but with out internet in the whole world every thing will colapse all, because everything is on the internet, so as long as the web is available bitcoin will do as well since i aren't seeing it going down in the near future.

all this w2x drama will just create competition in the end and drive speculations on several sides which is overall very healthy for crypto.
long term speaking at least.
i know this will create a lot of uncertainty and keep new money shy but crypto currencies need consolidation time right now

My sentiments exactly . This is the only real business ready coin out there. My company only accepts LTC , its so freaking fast.  LTC is so  fast that sometimes after clicking the send button it's already at the destination before your finger is off the mouse. The first time this happened I was surprised and sent a few free LTC to a customer to confirm it really did arrive that fast.
Ive never seen a crypto transmit so fast. This fact plus the history and stability of the coin makes LTC  ready for business use.  In busy retail environment  speed and stability are two of the most important facets.  An added plus is that it's also a Bitcoin,  a 60.00 dollar Bitcoin at that  (  are people nuts ? )
 Mark my words the first coin accepted for mass public retail throughout the world will be LTC. Forget about trading LTC, buy as much as you can and HODL it for a few years.

Are you sure you talk about LTC?! I've waited for six confirmations about 10 minutes. Yes, LTC is a quick, valid and stable coin - but out there are many coins which are just quick. What is the name of your company again?! Future stability and growth will need acceptabilities. LTC is in a good position.

That will never happen because Bitcoin is not name of a coin. It is a system of decentralized developers and users based community. Litecoin and Bitcoin will remain and those forked coins will loose space by and by. They should be worried about their survival as resources which is being used to pump will run short sooner to sustain the price.

How does Litecoin compare to Bitcoin on transaction fees/speed, is it better, and if it is will it eventually suffer the same fate as Bitcoin with astronomical transaction fees and glacial transaction speeds ?
