Litecoin has surprised many with it sudden moves upward leaving many traders behind. Litecoin is still one of the most preferred ways to transfer funds with reasonable fees.

guys i lost confident in any of the coins which are in TOP 10, they are just 2 BIG, maybe ETH can grow more, otherwise i moved out a lot, and will move even more to NEO, many reasons which i dont want to publicly explain, i will use LTC but for transactions, where the exchanges dont accepts neo, i like LTC a lot, but anything thats top 10 i wont hold, they scream to me stay away, or with other words, they will grow, but wont grow as much the rest that are not in top 10 will, for example, plenty oportunities elsewhere, might get back to LTC at the end of the year TP, halving date, then get the f. out for ever. I will partially disagree with you. None of they top 10 coins have been widely adopted, as the get closer to adoption these coins will continue to grow.  Remember its not just one country investing in crypto but ultimately the world economy throwing money in. Think ripple for instance, its banking institutions from all over the world that would be involved.  It is for the best interest of everyone for these top 10 coins to continue to grow as they keep raising the market cap ceiling for the rest of the alt coins.  I personally like to diversify between la few large cap and some small cap as well. From my own personal research it takes a good coin easily 2-3 years from creation to mature a draw in enough hype to explode and I'm not talking about pump and dump schemes.

As for LTC one year ago this very day it was $4.16 we saw it hit $300.  For me I see it very reasonable for LTC to replicate that growth if we remain in a bull market. Easy $2,000 is my call next time this year.

you might be correct, But i currently think like that, Now i get 2 neo for 1 LTC, in 6 month i might get only 1.7 neo, and LTC made me good profit, i want to multiple profit over time, not unmultiple,...same goes with the BIT, Dash, ADa, NEM, RIPLE, etc etc also against the ETH, i think i will get less NEO in some time. I am preety sure there are plenty of coins that will outperform the NEO, like Smart did in 2 days or ARN, or BNB, etc etc, maybe also some WABI, and plent of 10-50 M cap coins. But the problem is, that they might be in decline or not in such +,..before they will make more then NEO, so -10, -15%, can i hold that? perosnaly i cant, so i am not that kind to be in many coins at the same time, i cant hold them to make more if they dont offer me something, LTC was possible to give to cloud mining when it was in decline, to not loose much, but with so mayn issues, how to get out with Big positions, its simple too risky to do that, ok with 2 BIT, but not with more, even 2 is hard to get out and in etc, and widraw u cant,..its just to crazy...to stay with the Light, i am miner with soul, so i must receive dailly something, and neo gives me GAS...
and what does other give me?, name me one which can give me 10% in GAs per year, for just holding it on the wallet (not give it to mining and loose when u want to sellt he hash), and ill go all in imeditaly. ill look only for small icos or small coins, that are just about to breakout, to hold for max 2-3 days, if they dont go where should ill dump them. thats whats currently many ppls thinking. I am a strong supporter of Litecoin. And currently it can be explained very simple why Litecoin is still worth (and will be worth).
You want to do a transaction now:

1. Ethereum - I don't think so, network has been clogged since crypto kitties and so, and even now it is not stable
2. Bitcoin - transaction fees are a killer, even the Bitcoin conference itself stopped Bitcoin transactions

So it is simple, at least I use only LTC for transactions for the time being. It is widely accepted almost everywhere, so it is not a problem to exchange it for the coin of choice after the transaction is done.

Litecoin is one of the top recommended coins for the year to be bullish on. I also have turned to LTC and started to accumulate after liquidating some of the old bags after taking profit from them. It is time to relay on strong and long term projects like LTC for future.

I’m a fun of litecoin but si clear how LTC lost position in the tot.mkt.cap. form 5 to 7 of today, any comments about it? Even if value of LTC should be increase in the near future, is not a good sign losing position in tot.mkt.cap in my opinion.
