That's right. Now is the time to have patience and strong faith in the project and the team. Many now hope that very soon the market will begin to grow and with it and LTC.

Hello everybody,
Litecoin is now trading at about $56. Do you think this is good time to buy and hold LTC?
I think another dumping is still waiting for it but I should by some for sure.

Litecoin has been on the way to 0.01 BTC this year.
Why not stop panic sells and start thinking of accumulating more or waiting to take profits.

its manipulation at its finest, imagine you're able to buy and sell litecoin by the hundreds of thousands in a matter of weeks. You couldnt make money faster even if you were printing it

Do you remember  when Charlie Lee said litecoin price could drop to about 40usd - when it was said it seems to be unimaginable, but now we know it is reality - and it seems to it is not a finish of dumps.. While bitcoin is close its bottom (however we have to be aware it could be much lower - about 3k) such decrease could cause much more decreas in altcoins prices (and LTC isn't excluded)
and I don't think any news could help - maybe for daytrading only...
All this year altcoin has been falling.it seems that the price of all cryptocurrencies does become lower.we don't know where the bottom is.and we can only cry and sell them.

The bottom is zero for all coins that have no purpose. Ask yourself whether you think the world needs a coin or not. If the answer is no, sell or hold for a fake pump.

the majority of coins have no real purpose, its all bullshit

Yes and even the "majority" sounds too peaceful. It's literally every single project out there. Bitcoin and a few others have some purpose.

Why some exchanges not support M* type adresses?
Tried to withdraw Ltc from Bittrex to such address and get message:
"The address you submitted is not valid for the LTC network. Cancel this withdrawal and resubmit it."

Again, the correction began to run out. The price works in a triangle. Soon it is possible, it will grow, and I think it will be centralized along with bitcoin.

i think right now the crypto market have its bottom right now price of bitcoin was lower the 6000$ once in this year and now stable between 6400 to 6800$. litecoin bottom was 47$. this is very cheap if you see liteoin's all time high value.
Charlie Lee prediction was right and now nobody knows that what will happens in future. prices goes more down or not but it looks like crypto touches it bottom by my point of views

It's the point, mate.
Every coins, including BTC have to be corrected somehow, at somewhat extent, over some period of time.
This year, it is a long-term correction, but the correction come to the end.
We all have seen the early phase of bullish market in the rest three months of this year.

One more time, @Charlie Lee made valuable forecast for community. He has very widely neutral long-term view.

yeah, I'm a mod there. Not an admin. Told everybody, so far no action. I can't get on either. You can tell no one can

get on from the 'lack of daily spam' ie no posts, not even spam.

it is kinda a cluster. We will see if any of the 'big wheels' on there have time to fix it or not.

Regardless of the changes in the encryption market, Litecoin trading should still be the best choice. Even if the market continues to be bearish, encryption adoption continues. Once Amazon is ready to make choices and support specific coins, many people believe that Litecoin will be the one they will choose.

LTC is user friendly coin the community because of low fee of transaction and fast confirmation. It has big support from the community that is the good reason to pick this coin it is already being used as payment method by some big companies so that I also think it has more better chance this time.

Is there any Litecoin Core wallet support? Where can I ask questions about its functions and bugs?
(Except litecointalk.io, because there is no possibility to register there.)

There is no 'official' support. But there's a bunch of places where you can ask specific questions you have:

- here
- https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=@Litecoin
- https://discord.gg/AFkPpC2

Very cheap is very subjective. Comparing prices to the all time high is not a good strategy in my opinion for future decisions. Better to come up with some system to evaluate these things if possible.

hmmmm.....

as usual nothing of note on LTC development...used to be when the price tanked at least the LTC devs squeaked about something to get the price up!

(er, oops, last time they did anything of note that way it was the now 'defunct' and never to return supposed LTC debit card)

er maybe I should just let sleeping dogs lie with that as an example

Despite being criticized by many that the Silver coin LTC is depended completely by BTC‘s price movement, it is one of the few with high gains in the last 24-hours. Smiley
