Gemini exchange got approval for Litecoin custody and trading finally. I wonder how come this big news of yesterday didn't see any appreciation. Market is little positive and quite understandable this careful move upwards. This is bullish news by all means may be this time litecoin will be market maker with this latest development. Let's see what is coming next.
with the low volume of all crypto on all exchanges....the bots are in control....thus, the majority always try to lower prices for the whales to grab or the traders to have an angle on buy/sell. Thus, bots are in control, IMHO. Ack! Crypto SkyNet! Ack! Unless the masses get interested in adoption of crypto again, or we have an economic downturn and folks see crypto as a store of value like gold (mostly related to BTC, which in turn brings up action on other altcoins) ....well we could be in for a 1 - 2-year bear market' at much lower prices for all crypto.  brad |

Litecoin has so few pages on bitcointalk :O why that? I was sure that the first altcoin that launched after bitcoin have over than 1000+ pages but it seems only dash monero and a few ones have this privilege on bitcointalk to have a big community with a lot of pages and skilled people who can talk real things about the project

Cryptocurrencies had seen longest bear market back in 2013-2015 if I am not wrong then and now situation is totally different. Not talking about mass adoption which surely has to come yet as masses always are the last to join any change. Institutional investors have jumped or are preparing to do so already. Bakkt kind exchange with physical delivery and custody and ETF sometime in future don't you think bear market is about to be over anytime ?

All bearish markets have to finish some day. Not sure that the very long term corrections of the market, which results in bearish one this year will last for more months. Pesonally, I started to accumulate my favorite coins/ tokens since September. |

Now what you bought again or not again it has chance to touch this floor in coming days. This is very solid coin it has good support for big merchants. It has active dev so this will help to boost the growth. |

Now what you bought again or not again it has chance to touch this floor in coming days. This is very solid coin it has good support for big merchants. It has active dev so this will help to boost the growth. this is true that Litecoin is a good coin and it has a huge community and market support. but the fact is litecoin is dropped too much like other coins. now no one knows if it'll recover again or not. if there is any guarantee that it'll grow for sure then buying this would make sense. otherwise it's not reasonable at all.. I would wait and see the market behavior first. |

LTC was no longer just an alternative to the BTC, it became my main currency. Speed of transactions, low rates, today I prefer to trade in exchanges that have trading pairs with LTC.

yes you are right litecoin is good and this coin holds its value in market during this bear move. but one thing is that litecoin lost its big value from december 2017 to until now but the price is still good not to high and not too cheap anyone can buy or sell it right now. selling right now is quite not a good move by anyone because right now a very high percentage for litecoin price go high again |

yes you are right litecoin is good and this coin holds its value in market during this bear move. but one thing is that litecoin lost its big value from december 2017 to until now but the price is still good not to high and not too cheap anyone can buy or sell it right now. selling right now is quite not a good move by anyone because right now a very high percentage for litecoin price go high again I am also a long term holder of litecoin for around 2 years already. A bit regretting that I didnt sold it earlier at top but knowing this is a good coin and bought this for long term makes me feel fine. |

Windows Defender do not allow to download litecoin-0.16.3-win32.
I'm sure it's a false positive... But why Litecoin Core team can't make more "antivirus-friendly" builds?
Such things scare potential crypto investors...
