and btc-arbs has webkevlar.net as a dns host. sounds like a bullitproof provider. no info on that domain on the internet anywhere either. and a ping of 250ms.

and 3 days ago i enabled 2 Factor Authentication , and now im not able to login to my account anymore,
however, i've sent them 2 mails in the last 3 days and didnt get an answer till now.

Now im not able to acces to my account , its first time i used 2FA ,
i type username and password then open the google app and type in the code ?! That doesn't work

I will update if i get a reply from them ,  but at the moment i have a bad feeling.

You have a limited amount of time to enter the code before it expires...so make sure you're entering it before it changes on your phone. I have yet to encounter any problems using the Google Authenticator on my account.

I've logged now on btc-arbs account with 2FA and no problem at all.

Check also that the device time and date (that runs the app for google authenticator) will have time and date synced with internet time, a 2 minutes of difference between the device and the real time of internet, and your code will be wrong. It's all based on internet time of the day, for the validity of the code.

I noticed that I received interest on a deposit that completed only shortly before the daily interest was posted. That got me thinking that if someone was really paranoid you could time your deposits to clear just before the daily return rate is calculated, and then withdraw again right after. Then repeat. This would minimize the amount of time your btc is on the site. Issues are of course that the deposit/withdrawal times can vary (I've had one clear in minutes and another take ~8hrs) and the time at which the daily rate is calculated seems to change as well (I've only been watching for a few days). Not sure if this strategy would work out given the time frame and the unknown variables but I thought it might be worth mentioning. Good luck!

the fact that they are not giving any information on who they are is still a big reason i think they are not legit, even though i know you can easily make those kind of profits with arbitrage.
