my account was empty this morning. It says that I withdraw BTCs, but I did NOT.

Here's from and to addresses:

from: 148mS4putRGeN7tgAS1gPKoSiBPhzMjTqf
to: 13FeVsLKgquVmJ7pm73xE5viwqcEvnMvNU

if anyone knows to who this addresses belongs (especially to address) might be helpful

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BTC-ARBS

regards

You too .....i checked mine transactions and there was this : Bitcoin withdrawal for 0.1049 bitcoins completed [Ref: 16UrHD7bEXgshPFKDAVVufNqX5m1pNaYe]

Sadly, I didn't use 2FA (don't have phone that can read QR codes), I didn't change my password within last days, but I'm using unique and complex password for site

edit: I opened support ticket about missing funds, no answer yet. Does anyone know if they have mail confirmation for withdrawal?

I still can't even log in.  I have 2FA enabled.  I emailed them 36 hours ago and still haven't received a response.  Nevertheless they still claim to be operating with good returns.

Possible explanations:

1. Tech team are swamped trying to patch OpenSSL and don't have time to reply.  Traders are still operating.

2. They got hacked, lost a lot and don't know what to do about it.

3. They are scammers.

I'd like to think it's 1, but since they aren't communicating anything I'm beginning to think it's 2 or 3.  Only time will tell.

I've tried to activate that too, but I beleave Its not actually implemented by BTC ARBS...
Just change your password and i think that will be enough...

I've account there with 8 BTC and yesterday I saw someone had requested for withdrawal. I've opened support ticket,
they've cancled the withdrawal + added daily return...

Is there anyone who actually have activated 2F and logged in?

I connect using a VPN.  I couldn't connect to the site when the vpn terminated in Taiwan, but could connect when it terminated in England.  This wouldn't be the first web site to block entire countries because large attacks originate there.

I still can't log in though.

It's getting more fishy.  On the login page they claim to use CloudFlare.  I contacted CloudFlare and they say they aren't covered by them.
