Why everyone only invest in the crypto market?

Most people here think that diversify is when you divide your investment into a few crypto, but they should also put their money outside crypto so that in the situation when crypto crash they still have some of their investment. I also have several investment outside crypto incase crypto isn't profitable anymore, but if they put all their money in crypto they are very confident in the future of crypto.

I am talking to quite a few people who are investing in crypto and notice that very few have a broader investment spectrum. People either focus on ICOs, some small caps, others play it safe and stick with the high caps or established projects.

But hold on, is the later really playing save? In my view, even with high caps you will still be massively exposed as you have all of your eggs in one basket. Namely in the same market. Different eggs in size and colour but all eggs. If the basket falls, your eggs still get crushed.

As mentioned before, I am trading stocks for over a decade and crypto since last year. I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat. Just look at the market now, the recent dip is not tight to any event, news or even fud. 25 billion just disappeared and people are wondering wht‘s going on.

Long story short, it‘s great you have a diversification plan but also think about moving assets from crypto to fiat, stocks or raw materials and precious metals.

What is your view on that?

Bro, maybe it’s best to watch your eggs closely and catch them when they are about to fall than being careless and assuming that they will or they will not. People are always lucky here and I’m sure of that, same thing applies to stock, everyone has what really works for them.

A lot of my friends are not interested in cryptocurrency rather they prefer to trade stocks. So you shouldn’t say that everyone is going for cryptocurrencies cause I’m very sure that majority are into stock trading.

How can you say that many people are investing cryptocurrency and there are many people and governments still negative about the cryptocurrency because due to huge volatile, this makes many people negative about the crypto market.

This situation is very sad. It would be better if more guys could be positive about the cryptocurrencies and invest more in them. Now, the majority of people refer to invest in real estate, and gold.

Cryptocurrency is one of the most influencial and profitable investment of all time where we would only be needing enough knowledge and advabce understanding about it. Compared to any other investment, people are afraid to take the risks but they keep their trust with crypto.

What is your view on that?

It depends on what you want to achieve, I do not have any kind of problem with those that are willing to take the risk in this market after all, can the stock market give to you the profits that we see in the market of cryptocurrencies? The most likely answer is a no so why waste your time with other investments that give less profits when you can invest in this market and make so much money? Besides investing in several markets will increase your work load and not your profits.
