I think people prefer investing in cryptocurrency over other forms of investment because it seems to be the only investment that could bring one a higher than usual amount of profit over a short period of time unlike other investments whose period of roi spans through years or months as the casemay be.

I think everyone invests in cryptocurrency, for me it's also a great way to increase economic needs every day, and also a great way to make a profit.

Right crypto is the only way for improving your economical state faster than any other business. It’s good era where increasing your money will be your first priority that’s why people choose this as it has been long in market and many people has changed their life with the help of crypto investment.

Actually ICO is an instant way to gain profit but if we don't diversify our investment then it is not a wise decision. Diversifying our investment is a must. Many rich people only invest about 10% of their wealth in cryptocurrency and it is diversivied again to BTC, ETH and other altcoins. Real estate is the real high profit investment since the number of population is increasing.

But we have to bear in mind though that crypto or bitcoin was developed with a plan to be used as p2p, not for profit making. However, times has changed a lot since bitcoin because $10-$19K. So now its a store of value or investment instrument to hedge against any financial disaster that may happen in the future. So that's the good side of investing in crypto.

Hello everyone!

I am talking to quite a few people who are investing in crypto and notice that very few have a broader investment spectrum. People either focus on ICOs, some small caps, others play it safe and stick with the high caps or established projects.

But hold on, is the later really playing save? In my view, even with high caps you will still be massively exposed as you have all of your eggs in one basket. Namely in the same market. Different eggs in size and colour but all eggs. If the basket falls, your eggs still get crushed.

As mentioned before, I am trading stocks for over a decade and crypto since last year. I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat. Just look at the market now, the recent dip is not tight to any event, news or even fud. 25 billion just disappeared and people are wondering wht‘s going on.

Long story short, it‘s great you have a diversification plan but also think about moving assets from crypto to fiat, stocks or raw materials and precious metals.

What is your view on that?

I personally see the bitcoins as an investment in the future of my children, i mean all the bonus i make i invest in the strong altcoins like eth for long period of time, i am trying to invest in technology that will make the life of my children easter, so we have to look a bit further then the economic part.

we can choose the top coins to invest, so it will be safer in investing. but my advice should be not to just invest in crypto. select other investment fields, such as possible properties. so that we can be more balanced in financial terms, because if one is bad at one time there are still investments in other fields that back up

one of the advantages of crypto currency investment is investment without taxes and getting greater profits, but in essence investment in crypto currencies is to start earlier investment with technological advances and developments so that economic system progress is needed as well

unfortunately for these people, investing in altcoins is not diversification. it is taking bigger risks for smaller rewards. a real diversification of your money is what you are doing which is basically investing in other markets like stocks market as the alternative.

altcoins, from what i have seen so far, are only good for day traders and pumpers. otherwise it is not such a good investment to go in an altcoin, specifically the ICO tokens which have no future.

Well, it's only natural to witness newbies getting attracted to bitcoin when its value is at the top and vanish all of a sudden when it experience dump. Not everyone who enters the crypto market are patient enough to study and analyze how bitcoin really works. Most of the time, people have no idea that it is best to buy bitcoin while the value is still low because when the price suddenly pumps, it will give you a lot of profit wherein you can either spend it while it's still large or reinvest it on other crypto to make its price grow more as time passes by.
