ICO this rating to be one of the criteria in selecting a project ICO. the higher the rating, then I think the ICO will be increasingly good. then I believe with ICO Rating. because all this also has yet to disappoint.

In my opinnion those sites can't be trusted. First of all they offer a service that is paid by the project, second I've seen a few scams with very high ratings in several sites, and third usually things are not transparent regarding evaluation...
Everyone that is thinking about investing on an ICO should thourougly check the team, the project, social channels and so on....
cheers

Now many ICOS campaigns are over and trust ICO Rating sites are really hard to determine as good and safe. Because i see a high-priced campaign to deceive the community. But there are low quality ICOS Rating sites but very good quality.
now it's reported in the ico rating we can buy to get a good rating on the website, this is very bad because later if the investor guide is the site will be trapped

I think that is true, because the rating of each ICO is as a medium to describe a concept that is really good by cooperating with a trusted ICO company to attract and convince investors to join.
in fact, what is seen on the ICO rating site is not entirely trustworthy because basically they also pay the site to give a good assessment of the project. but as a comparison, looking at the ICO rating site can also help

Ranked ICO is really very helpful for me in determining the project that I will follow. The higher the rating, the project certainly very good. But before joining the project that has a high rating of course I will do some checking. I think this analysis is very important because it can avoid fraud project.

I do not trust the sites in the ratings on IKO. How can I trust sites that have rated 4-5 projects in the rating and then they turned out to be a scam.

We all know what is the main problem of the centralization. That they can manipulate with something for example with informations. If I pay them to list my ICO with a good rating - they will do it.

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.

With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?

An ICO project will appear on multiple rating websites, but each website has different rating criteria and it is difficult to identify the reliability of the project.

Sometimes, i believe in ICO ratings, because i know that it is a legit site, but if i know it's not a legit site i will not click and believe on it.
Yes, it is a factor if you will invest in an ICO. ICO ratings is a factor also platform, teams, whitepaper.

I definitely don't. Most of them are only interested in the money they buy and people do not care that they lose their investment by trusting them

I do not believe. but that doesn't mean I've never seen an ICO rating site. I have opened ICO Rating sites several times, such as TrackICO or ICOBanch. just to see if there are new projects or not. I think the current ICO rating site is not objective, they are like being paid to make positive reviews so that ICO projects are more attractive to investors.
Deciding whether in which ICO to invest is a hard task. There are lots of factor to be considered. I agree with this, rating is just one of the factor that mist consider. It is just an ad-ons. Or sometimes it is the feedback of people who uses it. People who will invest in ICO must be critical and analytical in the decision they will make. At the same time be observant in all the facts they can seen.

To me, that's just a very rare occurrence. An ICO that is underestimated by sites rated  is usually scam ICOs, the sites judged on a specific basis to comment an ICO and I believe they are always right.

Sometimes it is trustable but not all the time. Because there are many things to know details about any project. ICO rating sites just provide info their own experience and some also collect from official channel or site. But we should more conscious a project before invest/work it.

Only very proven. After all, I honestly do not trust sites. That information is not true for 100%. But the feedback is another matter. Still, the living statement is much more reliable than the written statitika is not clear by whom. But this is not my opinion.

All bets are off now in this market. It is so hard to find something truthful here, bad projects look like reliable and good and good promising projects don't even reach soft cap. Alice through the looking glass. Everything is distorted.

No, I do not trust rating sites and I do not advise you to do the same, because all such services can be purchased, it's understandable. If the decision were made by the AI, then this is another matter.

Here's my own opinion about rating sites or review sites, you have a point that some of the review sites are not trusted because of course money really works and can control everything I believed some of those sites rely on money from their clients who want to have a positive review. However, not all sites are after of money/reward to make a good review but maybe some are seriously doing their job.

I am not against reviews at the same time not encouraging everyone to rely on it but rather do your own research, please do your own background check on any project you found interesting with. There are a lot of factors to determine a good and potential project, first is, of course, have a background check of the team of developers through some projects have anonymous developer strategy like the way Satoshi Nakamoto is doing being anonymous but most of the project today have developer info in public so you have the chance to review each member of the team. Project platform need to be considered in checking a good project, usage of the project is it long term or short term usefulness? How about the partnership with other crypto companies and trading sites?

These are just a few of the things you have to add on your list to review or check when choosing the best project so that it will lessen up the possibility of getting scam or no rewards for doing the campaign for a couple of months especially 4 months is a long period of time!

Conclusion:

Be an investigator, act as you are one of those owners of a reviewer website and do your own research to know if the project is worth to work with! Good luck everyone for these bounties!

Yes, I guess they can be trusted but you can't tell if that ICO rating is true or not. I also check the ratings if it is going to be successful in the long term or it will end short term. ICO rating sites helps you to find new ICO that has a potential to pump someday or dump, always check the updates and the community of that ICO if it is scam or not. This is not just a joke when it tries to projects.
