So what's the purpose of a search engine?

I'm talking about whitepapers or roadmaps where this coin actually wants to go.

So just a mining coin to pump and dump?

Myriad is not similar to other coins. It was launched by an anonymous dev over 3 years ago and since then has been maintained by many different community members at different times. There is no official 'team' to speak of, so nobody can promise you a roadmap. This is a decentralised network and nobody can predict the future of how this coin will develop unless they own the majority of hash power. Different people are working on different projects for this coin.

As for the lack of a whitepaper, I do agree, it's been an issue since Myriad was launched. Nobody has ever provided any mathematical proofs that multi-algo is more secure or even any technical arguments. Also, the way that it actually works in Myriad coin has changed over time and might change again. Myriad is just an experiment, based on a hunch that adding more algos increases decentralisation. So far it hasn't been proved wrong yet in over 3 years...

I see... Thanks for an up to date explanation!

When discussing multi-algo, it's also worth considering the diversity of the myriad distribution model as more open and therefore more accessible to a wide range of users.   Tongue

Is there a way to contribute to their website? Is it open source, like is there a github link?
The translation to my language is terrible!

Kind of. I run the tipbot for IRC and reddit, and moderate subreddit as well. I also made GUI miner for easy mining of yescrypt algo (and previously qubit algo). I don't do any core development though.

Tripling my bag now.... XMY has strong support

Yes, I have noticed on Bittrex that Bid Support keeps climbing, while coins for sale keep dropping. I see that as a strong sign that we are accumulating long term investors.

This coin will rise.

Pritty awesome they had multi algorithm.
No premine!

Multi-Algorithm
5 Algorithms, catering for ASIC, GPU and CPU mining:

SHA256d
Two rounds of the SHA256d hashing algorithm, first used by the pioneer cryptocurrency Bitcoin.
Scrypt
Designed to be a CPU-only password hashing algorithm, now mined with ASICs on many altcoins, starting with Litecoin.
Myr-Groestl
A Myriad-specific variant of the Groestl hash algorithm, one of the five finalists in the NIST SHA-3 hash competition.
Skein
Another of the five finalists in the NIST SHA-3 hash competition, first used by Skeincoin.
Yescrypt
CPU friendly, currently GPU resistant. Requires rapid random reads, typically from CPU L1 data cache.
(Retired Algorithm, no longer accepting blocks) Qubit
Originally a CPU-only algorithm, Qubit combines 5 competitors in the NIST SHA-3 hash competition - Luffa, Cubehash, SHAvite, SIMD and ECHO.

No Signature right now...

I like the mining,
Because it is very simple and easy.
Could be everyone will be mining in myriadcoin.

Myriad have many advantages over digibyte such as no premine, no instamine, 1st multi-algo(digibyte clone from myriad), total supply 2 billions (digibyte 21 bilions).... why so cheap?
