Great! Gonna switch my two gridseeds over now. Been mining here: http://myr.nut2pools.com/and they play like a dinging sound everytime the pool finds a block, which is like every twenty minutes. Wtf? Who does that? Took me a while to figure out what was even doing it because the little speaker only shows up on chrome for like a second. Thanks for getting p2pool up Hahaha np man. I noticed the dinging sound too, and it really confused me. I thought something was wrong with the videos I was watching xD

You guys try unplugging your gridseeds for a few seconds, then plugging them back in? I did that and it fixed my rejects

yea, tried unplugging, plugging, reinstalling driver, restarting, using cpuminer instead of cgminer, couldn't get em to work. On cpuminer it would see devices and start it up, then immediately say thread terminated. On cgminer it would just hang at launch and either say no device detected, or failed to get usb - device in use, or something. I'll mess with it some more tomorrow probably, maybe just try and connect to PiMP box.

Make sure it's the only device plugged into the USB slots (I have two on the back of my computer and it won't see it if I have an antminer plugged in too). Also, are you using the cgminer that's specifically for gridseed? You probably are, but I'm just checking lol

Got it working by installing different driver (Orb Gridseed inf?) and then using new(ish) bfgminer. Now mining sha and scrypt on birdonwheels5's p2pool. Fuckyea. Still mining skein at myrskein.suprnova.cc, but maybe I'll try to switch over to qubit or maybe you'll get skein p2pool up soon

Hi all, I love the new website http://www.myriadplatform.org/ but I am somewhat disappointed that the old website is still online at http://www.myriadcoin.org/Who controls the www.myriadcoin.org domain? Can't we get this pointed to the new site? Its pretty poor marketing that the second hit when searching "myriad coin" in google is a defunct site! Other than that... keep up the good work Dan

Been having server issues. Got SHA256 Mining Working well (and fixed hashrates and round share counters) Last night. Today will hopefully be scrypt and hopefully an algo a day. (Once thats done then its just the merged mining backend needs setting up and connecting to our final count of coind's and then we're good to test. (Waiting on Qubitcoin's decision on MM)

Hey guys,
cgminer_skein crashs after a few hours from running on both rigs. first 5 280x second 5 7950.
Any suggestions why and how to fix?
os ? precompiled version or self compiled ? latest driver ? settings ? answer those and I might be able to help OS: win 8.1 x64 Precompiled win version from cypto site driver 14.1 (can't get higher than that, tried several times) - Hope this helps. This new settings am currently trying today hopefully okay. I just changed the eng and mem and changed personalization skin to high contrast instead of aero (to not strain the cards) "intensity" : "11", "lookup-gap" : "2", "worksize" : "64", "thread-concurrency" : "8192", "gpu-engine" : "1050,1050,1050,1050,1050", "gpu-memclock" : "1000,1000,1000,1000,1000", "gpu-fan" : "0-85", "temp-cutoff" : "85", "temp-overheat" : "80", "temp-target" : "75", "auto-fan" : true, "expiry" : "120", "gpu-threads" : "2", "queue" : "1", "scan-time" : "10"
Try that. unless you're using the api to remote control your miners I don't recommend using the extra settings. what I did is higher clock lower mem because mem is nearly irellevant on skein gr0stl and qubit, up intensity and set worksize. Your cards should hash faster and cooler now, let's see if they still crash. So unless it crashes due to high temps this won't help very much. I presume it's a driver error. Sorry this setting is for 280x or the 7950? Am assuming 280x since your using 2 gpu-threads am I correct?

we will need a good mining guide for merged mining. myriad without polymyr is complicated enough for most people and with polymyr it gets even more complicated but im looking forward to it anyway, thx for the work ahmed

Other than that... keep up the good work Dan Afros does. We are trying to work out a redirect for it. We have Google Analytics set up on the new site so we are hoping soon with enough hits we will get it to the top of the google search as opposed to the old site. It's really beyond me why the old website is still being run the way it is.

...because the original dev bailed and all you got are his bitcointalk credentials to change the OP and occasionally post posing as 8bitcoder ? That moron 8bitcoder did not do any development work for MYR since the launch. What a fucking douche.
