Ok, received their reply. They are denying any problem at their side. Said that this a rare thing during their years of exchange operation and experiences with so many coins. I have asked them to resync, lets see

Not rare at all.  I have an Nxt deposit still pending from 3 months ago and many people have mentioned "processing limbo" where you don't excatly feel like you've lost your coins, but you most certainly have. 

I can't beleive that I just tried to deposit my coin2 on there.

There may be something wrong with the blockchain.
As to the error message, it has nothing to do with the case. 'waiting for db' is"waiting for database", which is just a delay of the page.

Is it possible that somebody attacked/forked C2, deposited fake coins in Bter and Bter has not noticed it? There has been unexplained C2 dumping episodes in bter previously.

There balance would show negative.....and the tx would have not gone through....a "double spend" would have had to come from the bter wallet because the txs getting stuck are  outgoing from Bter.
