Yeah exactly either he sold at 1500 which would indicate he has 3 times + the buying power than he had less than a week ago, meaning he can buy 3 times more coins back. Even more if this hurts and damages the price.

if It is a double spend, all coin ownership is safe(except a few of mintpals coins), Someone would of most likely tried to perform a double spend, sending coins to mintpal and then trying to spend them before they are seen as a double spend. Costing mintpal however much C2 was sold on the market before it was detected

This still might not be a double spend. but if anyone is affected it will be mintpal and it will most likely cost them, but coins for normal peoples are safe if just a double spend on mintpal
