We have winners and withdrawals everyday.
We've also had some really big winners withdrawing many coins at a time.
We are working to improve our withdrawal speed at the moment, which has slowed down since we have grown so quickly.

I'd appreciate some feedback from the forum here please.
We want to offer more regular promotions to our players but would lile to hear what kinds of promos you want.
We dont currently have a deposit bonus so it could be that.
We also thought of different cashback offers and mystery hour prizes.

The Deposit bonuses are really nice. I think it was the 200% or maybe even 300% bonus that brought me to betchain in the first place. Seems like those kind of bonuses set you apart from other BTC casinos that are offering much smaller bonuses with a much higher rollover. I think myself and quite a few others would come running. Just my opinion, hope it helps.

So lets talk terms for a minute.
We want people to ave a fair chance but we also don't want to get abused.
The easiest way is to exclude games.
What do you think about a big bonus match that excludes roulette and had wagering of 40 times?

Honestly as a roulette player that isnt very enticing to me personally and as i mentioned the low rollover was a big reason that it would draw folks to come play your casino. But i understand you cant have it to low. Again, me personally i would like to see all games included but maybe something along the lines of individual game contributions. Maybe, roulette and blackjack and such games have a 15%-25% contribution. Meaning you would need to roll it over much more if you were to play those games. I think if players are able to roll it over that much it would seem fair to include all games. Plus, if certain player are not excluded i would think that the number of players that would go busto would outweigh the price of the ones that do successfully make the rollover. Making Betchain happy and keeping all players happy. As far as the original deposit bonus rollover, 40 to me seems quite high. I could live with 30%-ish. Thanks for asking betchain, i appreciate your willing to listen to folks opinions. Hope you get it worked out buddy!

Sorry to reply to this publicly but I feel its necessary.
@dantes - we did reply to you before you posted here and you replied thanking for the service.
You did not complete wagering for the bonus as explained to you.
And you have taken the no deposit bonus more than once and used it to win.
Despite this, support were still trying to get permission from management to let your withdrawal through and told you that.
I dont think its fair or accurate to say that no one answered you.
If you are unhappy with policy it is your right to complain wherever you want.
But if you want to say we didnt help you then please tell everyone what happened with the help you did get and how you said rhat you appreciated how support went out of their way to help you.
Not a fan of dirty laundry in forums but we are really trying to provide a great gaming experience amidst such rapid growth.
There are a lot of great players from this forum and interactions.
We are happy to deal with any issues or complaints people have (we know there will be) but we dont see the need to be bashed.

They just pay me BTC 0525 I won, I used the bonus wrong way and yet they paid me, not close our eyes to the truth Betchain is correct and reliable, always bet on betchain. poque have proof.
