I played last night on a small deposit and won 8mbtc. I put in for a wd and it was processed and received within a few hours. No issues.  Now, in the past I have won 7 btc a couple times and they have only let me wd 1btc per week. That I didn't appreciate. Regardless, I have been playing on Betchain for awhile now and have not really had many issues aside from being restricted to the 1btc wd limit per week.

It sounds to me like your friend might have accepted a bonus. If he has an active bonus he must meet the wager requirement before being able to wd in full. Any money he made from the bonus in not able to be wd.

Thank you very much to All, is that my friend is 67 years old and does not handle some computing tools very well, he only gets on the platforms, deposits, plays, withdraws when he wins, but I called him by phone and he told me that he had already been able to withdraw his profit, maybe when he tried to do it for the first time he had some bug or some normal delay.
