Anyone knows if is something wrong with betchain.com?
I have a withdrawal request pending for manual verification for almost than 24 hours and I have no response from support messages.

I see there is one accussation thread against your site in Indonesian local boards. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1549663.0On that thread, OP said that he could not withdraw his winning (0.4xxbtc) and his account seems to be blocked. Could you clarify this, what is happening actually? |

Thank you very much for letting me know.
We have recently had syndicates from Eastern Europe and Indonesia target BetChain and open thousands of accounts to take advantage of our automatic no deposit bonuses. Unfortunately, we had to stop crediting the no deposit bonuses automatically and close all of those duplicate accounts. I can only assume they are posting publicly about it to pressure us to pay their fraudulent winnings from the no deposit bonuses.

Wouldn't play at this casino till they pay me what's owed to me. 1.01 bitcoin.
They claim there is technical difficulties but they removed the funds from my balance for some reason. As soon as I told the support staff, they logged off live chat.

It's confirmed! If you withdrawal 1mbtc, they process it near instantly!!!
warning though!; if you withdrawal more than 1 bitcoin ( 1.0btc ), it takes over 8 hours+ and then they'll cash it out FOR YOU, and you won't see a dime of it!!!
crazy. be careful if you play here. i haven't had these problems with bitstarz.com, they'll cash you out INSTANTLY!
this is NOT the first time betchain has done this to me either. seems everytime i have 1btc or more to withdrawal, they won't do it for several days. if you google betchain.com scam, you'll read many other user's complaints about the same thing. betchain hasn't offered to replace ANY of the funds that were missing from my account either, as you can see from Brian's response above.
I am hearby going to quit betchain, and move over to bitstarz, who're plainly just better than betchain, and utilize the same softwares.

So betchain can deny any user profit from any game that you wish saying there was an bug in the game, very suspicious behavior from a supposedly fair casino. This is worst than a ponzi scheme. |
