Do not play at this casino.
Majority of replies talking about winning big are PAID to lie.
Ask them for proofs or resulting plays of either PF or others and they will give generic responses.
Ill admit this was not my first time betting here, I won "20+ btc" only to be paid a few with restrictions.
I playd .237 today and the plays are obviously one sided/NOT FAIR at all.
They can say what they want, but their site is bull.
You have 100X better chances playing at a physical casino with $40 vs $150 on betchain. Or hell even Dice games
I will keep spreading the word, there has been many complaints ignored due to paid posters or simply themselves

I complained that the Lucky Coin game didnt seem like it was acting right as everytime I was about to hit something good it just slowed down and passed one symbol needed to win. Yet when it low paying symbols it hit.
After requesting proof and playing the free 50 spins they reset the amount to something lower.
Stay away from this POS. Spent $255 here and can say Id have better luck playing lottery scratchers or any real casino with less money.

You said it would speed up the process and that someone advised you to get it. The player didn't refuse to submit his information, he just asked for an explanation first. And he has a point. How does a selfie verify someones identity if you don't know who they are first? You're basically just asking for a picture of anyone in the world that's old enough holding their id. Why? Why didn't you answer the player's questions the first time? I'm also curious, what do you do with these selfies that you receive? Do you save them? Our Terms and Conditions state-
1.1 All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet/wager and/or to have any use of the Website, and/or register an account with Betchain. The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age and other documentation required from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
Other winners from no deposit bonuses have been paid once they uploaded the required documentation.
